Rooms are generally on the smaller side so i booked a three person room for 2 persons. We requested the hotel to fold up the sofa bed that gives us an extra space. Hotel is relatively new. There is a multi-storey car-parked annexed to hotel and is chargeable. Onsen is good and amentities are sufficients. Hotel is well located and able to walk to many places for food and grocery. Staff are able to converse in English and also helped me with advance restaurant reservation, which i am very thankful for. Housekeeping team is top notch and they provide daily housekeeping and do a wonderful job. Bed is comfortable. There are free coffee at the lobby, wish they provided free tea too. I have stayed at a few Dormy Inns in Japan and this one does not disappoint.

Shower area is very small and toilet is seperated from the shower area. Room has very little table space to put our small belongings.

The inn was great. We had quite a crazy stressful day driving many hours and we found this Dormy Inn to be an excellent stop for the night. The onsen did wonders, we were too tired for a restaurant so we just grabbed some food at a kombini nearby and ate in the lobby where there are tables to do so. The night ramen was exceptionally good, we were quite surprised by its quality.

The movement light that turns on at the door is really a pain in the ***. We use the bathroom quite often at night and having that light turn on every time makes no sense. Other reviewers talked about it, we didn't think it would be a big deal but it is! It's mind boggling, everything else in the hotel seem to have been very well designed and detail oriented. Why those lights exist we can't fathom...

Public bath included at the top of the hotel is really worthy. Furthermore, at the onsen floor, you'll find two rooms with mangas (you can even borrow 5 of them in your room for reading) and a selection of free ice-creams (there is a timespan for accessing the ice-creams. If you have no time for getting out for dinner, a bowl of ramen is offered in the breakfast room of the hotel. The bedroom space is slightly not enough if you travel with a lit of package, but it's mostly used by salarymen who doesn't need so much stuff during their journey. At night, we had no noise from the outside, so the sector is quiet. The breakfast is really nice with a variety of food that can just safisfy you.

This hotel is far from the station (30min by foot).

Woyld definitely return to stay for following reasons: - -Spacious, tidy & clean room and great public onsen area 🤌🏻*chef kiss* -Also very impressed with the wide spread sumptuous breakfast and courteous service staff members -Free use of washing machine with detergents, dryer machine at ¥100 per 20min cycle. -Free flow of prebiotic drink, popsicle etc at certain time of day

-Parking is not free, at the multi-storeys car park (at Level 2 to 5 only and no elevator) next door for the rate of ¥1,100 a night. Do unload your luggages at hotel lobby before parking your car.

Love the Onsen, I too twice a day. Free wash machine was a bonus to have and also free ice candy drive me back to my childhood with sweetness.

Room could be little bigger to have small sofa and relax because there is no sofa at lobby. I may try twin room next time to see how much roomere.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby. Though small, the onsen is still quite good. Location wise, it's a bit further away from the main train station. The parking is just next to the hotel. Parking fee is JPY950 and it allows you to go in and out unlimited.

Guests can only park the car at level 2 to 4 and the unfortunate thing is that there is no elevator. So if you have a heavy luggage (like me), you would have to walk up and down the stairs carrying the luggage. Alternatively, you may seek help from the hotel staff. Room size is a bit small especially if you have a big luggage like me, I find it challenging to put down my luggage.

The Onsen was a vey nice touch, with free ice block at night, and free Yalkult in the morning. Also free in house ramen from 2130pm. Room was decent and clean, bed and pillow were comfortable, breakfast was small but enough, mostly Japanese selection. Only stayed overnight and will stay again in the future. The hotel helped us celebrate our anniversary with folded towel love-swans on the bed. How lovely!

Great facilities, really nice inside and outside baths + sauna, the parking is very convenient (you can go in and out easily), you have to pay a little for it. Coffee and ice in free access. You can also choose a pillow if you don't like those in the room (super flat). Room is comfy. Location is in the city center.

There was a terrible smell on our floor, almost unbreathable (not in the room tho.) But it was not present on other floors, so maybe a one-day problem.

Very new and modern hotel. It has an Onsen on the top floor if you are into that and as a result there is no bath in the room but a shower which I think is much better use of the space.

No complaints really. Just don’t follow Google maps to walk to the property, it takes you through dark side streets. Follow the main roads to go there. There was a nice mango pudding sweet in the fridge as a present. It was delicious but when I opened it, it squirted on my coat making a mess. Haha. Be careful when you open it.

Location is fantastic! Lots of eateries nearby. Free yummy ramen after 9.30pm! Has an onsen too. Superb value for money but not for those who need more room to move around. Ideal for solo traveller
