The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was amazing. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the furniture and amenities were fairly new. The check-in process was very easy, as there was a 24/7 reception with staff who spoke English very well. We are truly sorry that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the hotel facilities such as the pool, spa, and fitness center, but we did have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which were both very delicious. In the room, we received fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, water, and coffee every day – everything we needed.

The only disappointing aspect was the location, as there was a karaoke bar right across the street, operating from 8 PM to 1 AM, and the way tourists were singing was quite disturbing. Also, we had two incidents at the restaurant: the first one was at breakfast, when we waited for an hour just to get a coffee; the second one was at dinner, when I ordered a burger but was served grilled chicken breast instead, being told that this was my burger.

Very rude RESTAURANT Manager and Chef, long Waiting time for food( 45’-1 hour),not so many Option, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY to pay for food as they offer only eggs, Honey, a small piece of cheese, a small cucumber salad and sometimes some cold pastry, coffee it is horrible,and if you ask for a nice coffee, will charge you extra; even if you will paid already for breakfast included) Dinner - full of basic pasta, chicken breast grilled, smashed potatoes with some fish, Tuna salad- but you will have to look under the table to find some tuna. 😂no Turkish traditional food.

Perfect Especially the food at the Restaurant Happily. Murat,Can,Jan,Mustafa,Seredar,Wahab and another quite guy ana a small lady and the manager... Not to forget the small lady at the pool bar. They were so friendly and so kind. I thank them all. Reception were quite helpful and cooperative. The pool was small but nice and always free. Close to beach Close to market. The spa and sauna is clean and lovely. The hot is Very accessible to every thing you need and as well cozy. Like home Is a winning ticket. Noting.

Beautiful hotel amidst the hustle and bustle of Marmaris.Great restaurant with decent food and value for money.Central for everything including beachfront, shops, restaurants and a big local park where you can walk to icmeler. Hotel itself beautiful ,spotlessly clean and friendly staff.We had the king suite . Not much of a view but had an enclosed private outside area with a hot tub. Suite was beautiful with large bedroom .Two bathrooms.Two tvs and smaller seating area .Decor and furniture of high quality.. I would definately recommend this hotel over its larger competitors.Other family members had a basic room which was of a good standard with a sea view balcony and quieter on higher floors also great value for money. Smaller outdoor pool area and also indoor pool .Spa , gym and hammam which we did not have time to use (Some services payable ).Also private beach to seafront .

A bit noisy at night (to be expected - this is Marmaris ) and our suite was just off the main foyer therefore you could here the music, albeit calming and classical above tv which meant you had to turn tv up which may have caused a nuisance to neighbours. Noise from Karaoke bar next door outwith hotels control but again useful to know. Flush in toilet overflow cistern not working but promptly fixed.

Hotel is really good, clean, located in a good area (20 minutes walk to Marmaris centre and marina). We had everything we needed. Bottled water was for free at the pool area, also was tea and coffee. Kids enjoyed the outside pool - we were lucky to have a nice sunny weather. Supermarket Migros is just across the road. We also enyojed the meal at the hotel restaurant - the staff was very polite and friendly. I really recommed this place, ideal for family with children, maybe a bit noisy at night due to the bars and restaurants neaby, but we didnt mind it :)

"Comfortable Stay at Motto Premium Marmaris" I stayed for one night at Motto Premium Marmaris, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. 🌊 The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a short stay. 🍽️ Breakfast was better than I expected – a good variety of fresh options, from cheeses and pastries to eggs and fruit. The coffee could have been stronger, but that’s just personal preference.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, though the night-shift guy at reception looked like he had fought 12 battles and lost them all. 😅 A little smile wouldn’t hurt, mate! Would I stay here again? Yes. It’s a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Marmaris.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and a nice view over the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, 2mins walk from the beach and has a private beach. The room and bathroom are very clean and it also had a balcony. Slippers were provided in the room. The gym has enough machines for weight lifting. The outdoor swimming pool is nice with enough sun loungers. The restaurant "Happily" is part of the hotel and makes excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. They also offer 15% discount for food if you have not booked the half or full board rate.

The hotel doesn't provide an iron and ironing board. We could hear the music from some of the clubs nearby, the rooms should be soundproof.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel, nice and comfortable rooms, great location near to the city center, bars, supermakets. Wonderful spa experience, I highly recommend it!

We were staying in a family room, 4 girls. They left us only with one and a half toilet paper. And they were used before, they were not new rolls. We did not like that. They only gave us 2 sets of towels instead of four. And one more thing that left us unsatisfied was breakfast. We saw in the pictures that there is a breakfast buffet, but when we went there they gave us a menu to choose from only a few options. There was no buffet.

This hotel is probably one of the few hotels iv ever stayed in that matches the advertisements and website,room was cleaned every day towels changed daily staff were freindly and welcomming and we were upgraded to a larger room that met our every need ,,shower was spacious room was well thought out ,and i know its minor but the only hotel i ever stayed in in Marmaris that the water quality did not affect my curly hair ,,,we ate in the resturant called Happily and the food was wonderful .Breakfasts were basic but if you asked for something they did try to get it for you ,,iv been going to Marmaris for 15 years and this was the nicest Hotel iv stayed in in that time ..location is excellant ..dolmus right outside ,,Migros accross the road,change office accross the road,The Blue Port centre is a few mins walk . i can not fault this hotel at all,,We went in December which was quiet but gym sauna and indoor pool were open and well equiped also ,,had the pool to my self ,,,i would recommend a safety rail though at the pool entry as it was a little slippy.

Food was same everyday and it would take a very long time to get food. They did not change the bedsheets, pillowcases and the duvet cover for the four days we have stayed even though I have spoken to receptionists many times.
