I came here for just one night and had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They gave me fantastic recommendations for everything worth in the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire room, including the bathroom was spotless down to the last detail! The hotel’s location is right in the heart of everything so you can start your piste adventure right away, yet peaceful enough for a perfect night’s sleep.

Location is perfect for ski trip. Very well kept and maintained. Excellent staff make a real effort to make it a very positive stay.

Only slight downside was noise proofing, could hear noise from corridor easily, but was only really a minor issue once during stay when a group were a little load coming back from apres, but aside from that not a problem.

Good location. Breakfast was great. Generous sized room with balcony and comfy beds.

Understand there’s a rule regarding ski boots not to be worn inside the hotel but to be made to take our ski boots out of our suitcase in reception and leave them outside the main door whilst checking in seemed excessive and unnecessary at that particular time.

The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The room was not only spacious but also comfortable. The location was excellent, with a variety of exciting activities to enjoy nearby. To top it off, the breakfast was truly amazing.

While our overall experience was pleasant, we did notice some areas for improvement. Specifically, the room's cleanliness could have been better, especially the floor. Additionally, there were some issues with the breakfast plates, as not all of them were clean.

Perhaps the hotel could explain online more about how to get to the location when traveling by train, we thought we would arrive directly at the town. But, we were about 20 minutes away, with no assistance where we arrived, and no taxis. We were luck that another traveler was in the same situation and she explained that we could take a bus to Saalbach.

Great location within a walking distance to the centre of the city and to the ski lifts. Rooms are big enough and breakfast has many options to choose from.Staff was really nice and supportive and the restaurant is good as well of you decide to take a dinner at a hotel.Parking is located 150 m up the street.

I would definitely join one of the reviews - it was a 5-stars experience in the 4-stars hotel!! The room was pretty comfortable and warm, good beds and pillows.. No refrigerator , so we used our balcony for that purpose. Breakfasts were super! Wide selection of really quality food. Good coffee, fresh bakery ( croissants were soooo delicious) and Prosecco 😉 there was also “a la carte”, but we did not manage to try it for all those 6 days as all the rest was just great. The only one thing I would appreciate is fresh juice. Also we were there for dinners and they were one of the best we had in Saalbach ( if not the best). The SPA zone was not that big, but somehow was never crowded, felt comfortable there. Would be nice to have something like a barrel with cold water to dip there after the sauna, since there is no pool. BTW, for those who like massages : that would be a challenge to find any in Saalbach or nearby. The staff was amazing ! From the first moment till the last! We arrived late at night, let them know in advance and there was not any problem with that. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and positive , so you felt really welcome there. Front desk guys are just beyond any expectations! Special thanks to Antiopi ( sorry if wrong in spelling). Highly recommend!

Excellent location in the village within 100-200m of ski lifts, excellent breakfast, modern clean rooms, complimentary afternoon cakes and pastries

A self-service user pays laundry facility would enhance the stay. We had to drive 30min to Zell am See to use another hotel’s laundry service.

Great location. Perfect for the town centre bars and restaurants and for access to the ski slopes. Nice bar and restaurant and really helpful, friendly staff

Room was much larger and more spacious than expected. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite modern and fairly central for Saalbach, and close to the gondolas.

Rooms were quite warm, but as expected being summer.
