Clean, spacious unit, quiet and staff so helpful.

Water shower very little comes out., so difficult for us to take a shower. All tv channels are out of signal.

Private pool and a big space to hangout. Staff was helpful and nice

Not too clean, towels and sheets were dirty. Could use some furniture outside by the pool.

Quiet environment, the swimming pool, Netflix, and the host's proactivity. This place is OK if you wanna stay out of the city center. It is located in a quiet neighborhood far away from the crowd and within walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed seeing my girls play in the pool as soon as they woke up. They also enjoyed watching Netflix after swimming or playing on the beach. The host was proactive. It's very easy to communicate with the host and the villa caretaker.

The kitchen was not well equipped. The pan was rusty so I had to scrub it first. There were only 1 pot and 1 pan. All the basic utensils are there but I had to buy every cooking ingredient including salt. At the other villas I had stayed at, the basic cooking necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, etc were provided, but not at this place. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. There was barely any running water in the bathroom. I finally told the villa keeper and he contacted the state water company to fix it. However, it was still low. The towels and the couch were stained. This place can use a bit of scrubbing for sure.

I was booked ,but after I take taxi come to the villa they're said can't stay because have problems . This time already 6h-7:00 pm. I do not know why they still open the Booking. It's very dangerous, they should not allowed in booking.com. I was very upset because first time in lovina I pay alot for the taxi to come this villa. It's so bad & so dangerous I do not know why alots host family they really bad like this in Bali. Very bad experience

I don't like the host because he's don't care how is dangerous for the guest & he don't have heat & mind too. This person should not open homestay or service

Location was good, set up of the place was good if it was kept up to good condition.

The lounge was stained, the tv connection kept going off, toaster was broken, fridge has not been turned on. The walls were peeling and cracking, there was a terrible musky smell, there was a dangerous rusted cover for what was maybe the pool pump. Electricity ran out half way through the night so no air con or power until the morning. There is no fan or air con to the living area so that area is so hot to sit in.

Space

Very dirty, linen dirty, kitchen utensils lacking old and dirty, fridge mouldy, power kept turning off , holes in walls so bugs and mozzies in there constantly , no cleaners unless I asked. Shower terrible hardly even trickled
