Cleanliness, very quite and the staff was friendly and helpful 👍

I guess being on the 4th floor water pressure wasn't good and the breakfast bar on Christmas day and the day after wasn't advertising to eat when you see onions, peaches and the ham looking like they been out a couple of days before so other than that everything else was good.

Breakfast appearance was not good fruit section looked like it was from the day before so we didn't bother going any further to check anything else out.

Like I said the fruit bar section appearance was the done dill for us.

Great! we were there for a softball tournament and it was great to have it hot and ready for the girls to eat before their long day/s of playing games. We will defiantly stay again. The rooms were very large and nice!

Everything was pretty good! No complaints

Room was great and the staff was more than accommodating!

The hot water never really got over lukewarm our entire stay

1 bedroom king was a great room. I was placed in a secluded area which I enjoyed. Friendly staff

This facility had a wonderful breakfast. My son and I also enjoyed the pool every evening we stayed. I loved the covered patio next to the pool as well. It kept us shaded when we were taking a break from the pool.

It can be a little crowded sometimes. I think the pool should be open later. That is all I would change.

It was very clean, the room was very spacious and had a small kitchen! Something we weren't expecting. We've stayed at a few hotels and IHG hotels have been some of the best.

The elevator button fixtures were broken and gave a poor image, and the room didn't have usb chargers, now adays most hotels have usb chargers in the rooms but this one didn't

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having the kitchenette was an added bonus.. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty typical. I would have preferred individual servings of yogurt oatmeal and cereal (seems more sanitary).

Loved the room layout, kitchen and amenities. What a treat. Did not want to leave. Super clean and updated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I am very picky about my stays.

Needed a doggie station (trash bags and cans) for cleaning up after the dog outside. An outside sitting area would have been nice and clear signage from the street.
