This is a nice family styled hotel located in an excellent location. The staff is extremely well trained and really nice. Special mention to Ricardo (Reception) and Douglas (Breakfast service) for being really welcoming and nice. The sea-view room we had, the complimentary fruit platter and the staff all contributed to a fantastic stay. I also particularly liked the WhatsApp service to complain or make suggestions or requests. Guest service was really good.

The Air Conditioning in the room was difficult to operate and perhaps some instructions on how to use it properly would be great. We were either too cold or too warm (when it was turned off) and couldn't regulate it properly. We asked the manager for help and the problem was solved quickly.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amaizing. The service so fast ....like the fastest service I have ever had in a hotel. Like you call and minutes later they are there or your issue is resolved. The rooms were beautiful and amaizing view. The hotel is located right across the beach which is great. They also offer free beach service. You get chairs and umbrellas for free and you can also order drinks and food at the beach. They have a small but nice pool if you don't want to go to the beach. Now food was outstanding. If I could give it 20/10 I would. Their breakfast was amazing. So many options and quite the spread. I had the best omelettes for breakfast every day made by the amazing ladies at the dining room. We ordered room service one night and the food that came was delicious and arrived on time and hot. All the staff at the dining and kitchen and lovely and helpful. The hotel is a little ways from the old town and downtown but there is uber and taxis readily available and you can get to the downtown area for like $10 or less. It is close to beach front restaurant, supermarket and stores nearby. Everything about our stay here was 5 start. We enjoyed our stay and this was the best hotel we stayed in Barazil. They are also a very child friendly hotel. They love kids and their genuine kindness and concern shows at all times with all the staff. They have a kids play area downtown which came in handy for our little one.

Loved everything

The place is great, located in barra, so a short taxi ride either to the center or to other beaches outside the main city. Next to a mall that is very useful, so you can get groceries or other services. At a short walk, you'll find nice beached, but if you want to be at rio vermeloh, is still close by. Great Breakfast, fantastic sea view. Overall, a great experience. The staff was also super friendly.

The wifi could have been better. The hotel matches better with a 3 star, so no very luxurious, but still very clean and comfortable

This must have been our best 3-4 star hotel in our 4-months south-america-highlights trip. The room with free view of the ocean, the safe hotel location at the beach and the excellent, varied breakfast were superb and memorable. An easy 20 minutes taxi-ride took you to the historical centre of Salvador. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, great location! The ocean and beach is within walking distance, you can watch the surfers from the balcony. Nice service. We arrived very late around midnight, but a treat with coconuts and sweets was already waiting in the room.

In a hot place like Salvador, I don't think a heated pool is necessary :) The caipirinha cocktail at the bar could have been less sour and better prepared.

Attractive and comfortable room, good shower and comfortable bed. Nice to have a balcony and sea view. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. Nice pool area.

The male reception staff could have been warmer and friendlier on our arrival. Minimal interaction, didn't speak English and were not very approachable. I was disappointed not to be able to use the pool before 11 because it was being cleaned for 2 hours. Not the hotels fault but the beach is not very clean or enticing

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean, they have a balcony, the bed is comfortable, you can cast your phone to the tv and watch Netflix etc if you want to relax in the room, there’s a good little gym, the staff are very friendly and some speak very good English and the buffet breakfast is really good. The location is quite central and easy to get around.

The hotel is a little dated but as I said before the rooms are very clean. The location is central and easy to get to other areas but it is a very quiet neighbourhood so you need to Uber to other areas at night time if you want something more busy

Fantastic stay. Room comfortable if a bit small. Staff were friendly although only receptionist spoke English. Lots of nice touch’s such as gift of fruit & coconut drinks in the room, complimentary voucher for drink in bar and at reception they had complimentary fruit, cakes and juice & coffee. Breakfast choice amazing. Great location on the beach with hotel chairs & umbrellas and beach person to look after you.

The hotel staff had refreshments to offer us when we checked in, which was appreciated after a long day of traveling from Rio. The rooms were nice and comfortable and our balcony overlooked the ocean, which is just across the street. The breakfasts were bountiful, with many different and tasty choices. As in Rio, I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. The deck and the pool, which overlooks the ocean/beach are clean and comfortable. We left our valuables in the hotel safe, which was fine.

The room was large and cozy! The ocean view was pretty beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the staff is extremely nice! Breakfast buffet is huge and big bonus to freshly cooked tapioca crepes. They are very close to the beach and offer chairs, umbrellas and beach service.

Nothing to do with the hotel, we didn't like the location that much. Although it is very close to the beach, we were expecting more nice restaurants nearby.
