The hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional!!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is very close to the train station and the restaurant next door is phenomenal, btw. The rooms were large and had everything you might need. We were VERY pleased.

The beds were very firm and they could have used more pillows, but that's personal preference.

Location was central, 2 mins walk to the town centre. Staff were welcoming and friendly. One really friendly staff explained to us it is perfectly OK to drink a cappuccino with a small sweet pastry in the afternoon but definitely not with a croissant....hahaha Room was quiet and clean (thank you for allocating the quiet room)- Had a good sleep. Short walk to Mezzaro cafe - to drink the world champion cappuccino & espresso :-)) In summary, we like Alessandria, the Borsalino birth place and will be back to stay longer to explore the nearby villages.

Parking in front of hotel rather limited but plenty of free public parking in 2-3 mins walk. Can imagine the hotel had its fantastic days, now it looks a bit tired 4 star hotel but all ok.

We arrived at about midnight, hungry and tired after a very long drive and the man on reception was fantastic. He moved our car into a better place to park and he found us a bottle of chilled wine and an array of nibbles. All the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast too. A really exceptional traditional style family run Italian hotel.

The parking but a lot of parking you can access to it but watch some are free at night but pay at 8am which you’ll be inform by the hotel staff so you wouldn’t have any problem.

We used this property as an over night stop over and it was perfect. Good price. Parking available. Quick and easy to and from the motorway. A better than expected restaurant next door and a decent breakfast. Pleased with our stay

We were very satisfied with our stay of one night at Hotel Londra. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room and a small balcony as well providing nice light in the morning. We could park our car right in front of the Hotel, which was very much appreciated after a long ride. The crew was very nice and available to help with anything. The Hotel is not far from the center and Alessandria deserves at least of few hours of your time. We recommend this hotel is you are on the road and need to be welcomed after a long trip.

The only point is that the air conditioning system is quite old and it is not easy (near impossible) to adjust the temperature.

It got a little hot at night even with the window open in October. I wasn’t able to turn on the AC. However, it was unbearable
