Outstanding customer service and staff at the hotel and at the restaurant and amazing heated swimming pool and beautiful outdoor facility. The hotel restaurant across the street was delicious. We ate there every day for lunch and dinner. Excellent staff, extremely attentive, kid friendly, serviceable and accomodating! Rooms were very clean. Convenient underground parking. The hotel and restaurant is family owned and the owners are always present on the property and made sure every guest is well taken care of. Would love to come back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The rooms are outdated and the AC was loud and there were limited electric plugs in the room.

The staff at La Ruota is verg helpful and always smiling! They understand what hospitality means. We love the restaurant on the opposite street side, also run by the family. We returned various times to this beautiful place to relax and success guaranteed!

It’s a good hotel, especially for this amount of money. Decent breakfast, very nice and helpful staff, spacious room with balcony, pool, parking.

Standard of the breakfast offerings were below expectations for freshness and variety. Also the shower enclosure showing advanced signs of rust - doesnt give a good impression of cleanliness or of quality.

Amount of stink bugs that I had to remove from the room on arrival. Room had ibviously not been cleaned or checked before arrival. Whole decor is so old fashioned. Lighting in corridor poor
