Really nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern, very clean and comfortable beds, the food in the restaurant it’s really nice and ready in record time . The single downside for us it was the check in time , it’s 4pm , if you are driving the whole night or coming from Uk and arrive with the early morning ferry, you will get here by 12noon and than you have to wait 4 hours to be able to check in . That can we very frustrating with a little one and a tired driver :) . Another negative point was the bathrobe which you need rent ( not included in the room price ) this for us was strange as in most of the 4 stars hotel you have them in the room without any additional cost and also their is no mini bar ( you have an small empty fridge) . Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and beautiful beach 3-4 minute’s drive with plenty of free parking spaces ( in April ) . There are many grocery shops and restaurants nearby as well , I would recommend and most probably we will be back soon.

Breakfast good but selection quite limited. Room was excellent although had chosen a suite - could have slept 12, so plenty of bed choices. Lovely setting and easy walk to town and water. Staff very friendly, even booking us a chauffeur (had asked for a taxi) to take us to excellent restaurant.

Selection of alcohol (and non-alcoholic) drinks was limited in the bar. Pool was quite small, not sure I would have wanted to share it with anyone other than our own party of three as would be very “cosy”.

Our room had both a shower and a bath, plus two sinks, all spotless. We appreciated the small refrigerators, the large flat-screen TV, and the ample space, as well as the Nespresso machine. The air conditioning was nice, but we would have liked to adjust the temperature, which was fixed at 23°C. We loved it so much that we came back twice! .. I also forgot some shoes, called back the hotel today, and they will take care of sending them to me.

We didn’t like that the restaurant was closed due to a staff shortage (it's sad considering France's high unemployment rate, yet no one is available to work...?) There was no room service for the same reason (?!) and there weren't many options for kids at the bar; or snacks. We would have liked to have vending machines for ice or drinks available at night. Additionally, the check-in time at 5 PM and check-out time at 11 AM were inconvenient (staff shortage again?). This increasingly common practice in France is becoming quite frustrating.

We arrived early evening, there was plenty if parking spaces we were checked in efficiently, received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony which was perfect. The hotel was spotless, our room was tidied every day. There was a mini fridge in the room and had 2 bottles of water that was free. We used both pools, we prefered the outdoor pool which is enclosed. Its heated too. . The staff are welcoming and happy. We stayed 4 nights. The location is ideal only a short walk to the beach and bars / restaurants

Nice rooms. Breakfast was good and Laurence was wonderful. She is a real asset to the hotel

Air conditioning temp could not be adjusted below 24c and went off automatically after an hour which meant it was very hot during the night and sleep was difficult. Dinner was average but overpriced.

Lovely hotel, well located in Le Pouliguen - a short (ish) walk from the beach. The hotel has everything you'd want - the swimming pools were great (if a bit too warm whilst I was there - but there was a heatwave on, so I'm not blaming the hotel for that!).

Drinks at the bar were quite pricey, but apart from that, it was pretty much perfect!

Great hotel, with a great location, town with bars, shops and restaurants all within a 5 min walk and at the end of the street was the beach. Short drive or even a walk along beach to La Baule. Rooms were spacious. Staff extremely accomodating. Great as a stop over hotel or even for a short stay. Definitely revisit

Really well kept, good facilities, everything was explained perfectly & a short walk to the port and just a bit further to the beach.

The gym wasn’t 10/10 but we managed to run outside so it didn’t inconvenience us too much.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Huge room, comfortable bed & large shower. Nice balcony. It was all spotlessly clean. Staff very professional & friendly. Breakfast was excellent - at the top end of the price range but there was so much choice.

Paper cups instead of glasses/china cups.
