The Oasis is centrally located, which made check-in easy and seamless. They requested a copy of my driver's license and verified the booking on Booking.com, and that was it. The breakfast provided was good, served buffet-style, and included options for eggs prepared by the Chef. The check-out process was also easy. We packed the car between the hotel and its neighbouring hotel, and it was safe.

There is a need to upgrade the TV for good quality of those attending business meetings.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and well kept, hotel had a great central location in the Town, you were close to all the attractions in Upington.

I didn't like our room view, I thought the hotel was quite quite and could have located us with a river view room instead of a street view. I thought they were also missing a bar.

Staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of. From late check in, late dinner and early breakfast packs which were ready at the agreed time. The facility itself was great value for money. We had a family room for a family of 4.

I was a little uneasy about parking area but I was given all assurances that it was safe.

The breakfast offered was exceptional and we were served by an attentive and happy team. We have stayed here previously and enjoy the facilities as well as the welcome received by the reception team as well as Elton who engaged with us whilst assisting us with our luggage.

The only negative I have was reported on my previous stay but I found it the same on this trip, is that the window sills outside the room should be swept clean of bird poo, it might not be an easy job but it's unsightly.

Friendlies of the front desk and breakfast personnel top of the range, keep it up ladies and gents, we see your efforts and it is much appreciated👌.

Room service available for supper which is very convenient after a hard day of work. Staff very friendly and rooms are super comfortable

Parking in a public area although security was available. It would be an added benefit if the room fridge could include cold bottled water especially in summer

Everything was really good!The staff was really helpful and accommodating!..I would just prefer the room to have a microwave as I love eating late at night and going all the way down for the kitchen is a bit uncomfortable.but other than that really good service.

We had excellent buffet breakfast friendly helpful kitchen staff seriously people/client orientated. The reception on Friday was welcoming made us feel at home, helpful and readily available to assist

It's the best keep it up OASIS

The location was great, next to the orange river. The room was big (family room), and the snack and drinks (coffee and tea were appreciated. The room was neat, The staff was helpful and friendly.

We did not have warm water in the room. The staff was accommodating and assisted immediately. They were however not able to fix the problem. They transferred us to the Protea Hotel next door and helped us with all our baggage for which we are thankful.

Check in process. The room and amenities. Welcome notes and treats in the room from the general manager. We could not have a sit down breakfast in the morning so requested a packed breakfast. It was ready when we checked out and contained everything we needed.
