Sweet hotel staff!! (10/10 +another 10 bonus points) Courteous and helpful! 24hr front desk helped to makes the place feel safe, which is an important factor for lodging. Unbeknownst to me when I booked, the location is apparently in downtown Incheon (someone said), so the streets are lined with delicious looking eateries, convenience stores, etc. I wanted to eat at all the places. Thus the evening dinner scenes around the hotel are lively, fun and busy. (But the negative would be that they all hang out on the street and smoke.)

Sometimes the corridors smells stenchy, like smokey, musty, yucky. I couldn't tell what it was but I would cover my nose as I walked from my room to the elevators. When you open the windows for some fresh air, you get all the smoke from people smoking on the street below. No fresh air. The room I was given had dark colored walls, which I didn't like too much. It's a bit creepy/scary for me. Haha. If there's a next time, I may ask for a room with lighter color walls. But I liked their vinyl (or composite) floors. Too many smokers lining the streets. I cannot walk to a place without covering my nose from cigarette fumes. Smokers peppered everywhere as I walked around.

The room was very big and comfortable and the staff were nice. The location is good and there are many restaurants around. For runners there a big park close to the hotel and there is a river where you can also run

The sofa in our room looked a little too tired and did not seem to be clean. We were visiting a hospital next to the clinic so we booked for that purpose only, but for those who want to do more things around this is probably not a good choice.

The family suite was spacious. The jacuzzi could fit the whole family! The beds were comfortable. The place was clean (except the curtain). It was value for money.

1. The bottom of the white layer curtain in the living room was covered with mould. 2. We wish there was English translation for the instructions (microwave, jaccuzi, toilet, the drying? machine in the walk in closet). 3. We wish there were basic cutlery (plates, forks, spoons, cups). There were only paper cups and wine glasses. 4. We were very disappointed with the breakfast on our last morning. It was fine for the first 4 mornings, with 5 hot dishes. On our 5th morning, there were only 2 hot dishes (hash brown and fried egg)!!

Nice and spacious, enjoyed the American toilet which has auto flushing and also a little control on the wall so you can choose to give yourself a warm toilet seat.. I didn’t even know this was possible until I went back to it after pressing some buttons, but hey, who doesn’t love a warm toilet seat in the middle of the night! Very spacious room overall, with a large smart tv with access to Netflix and prime video for you to log into. I enjoyed that you were provided with a hairdryer, combs and other little health and beauty extras. Very easy to check in and check out. Cafe for breakfast on the 3rd floor, American style. Sausages were those Frankfurt type, but the bacon and scrambled egg was lovely

We only stayed one night as it was our second visit to Seoul on this trip (at the start & again at the end) & we wanted to be closer to the airport. Room was very clean & comfortable with good toiletries. There is a good coffee shop on the ground floor - handy for breakfast. There are plenty of varied restaurants close by; lots of choice.

Location is not very convenient from the Metro station. We arrived at the closest station to the hotel, but it's still quite a distance so we ended up getting a taxi. The hotel is in an area that is fairly residential & close to a large hospital. Not sure there is much to see if you're here for a longer stay.

The location was perfect, the room was amazing and the staff were super nice and helpful!

Honestly, nothing.

Mistakenly booked the Hotel Soulhada in Incheon. The hotel staff called them, transferred my reservation over for essentially the same rate. Phew! Also, when I checked out, I left my bags so I could grab lunch, and the cleaning staff found my earbugs and left them at the front desk for me! Cannot say enough about how well they took care of me! Location was central in Gangnam - very close to 2 stations.

Room was very hot (it was a warm April), although the AC worked well once I found it & figured out how to work it although it never got as cold as I would have liked.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very good. We had the good surprise to find a bathtub. Location is very lively at night but the rooms seems soundproof which is ideal. Close from many amenities. Good amount of buses for moving around. Expect one hour of transports however if you wish to visit Seoul. The staff was nice and helpful.

We had a Deluxe Balcony room but the balcony is very small and the view is not good from the 8th floor but it's really a detail.

not too far from Incheon airport, and close to Incheon culture village, Chinatown. perfect for a last day before catching your flight. lots of restaurant in the area

far from Seoul center if you're looking to make it your main landing spot

Super clean , comfy, equipped with all needed. Front staff who handled us communicated well in English so we had no hassle

It was still too far from the airport but that is unavoidable as we cldnt get lotte hotel for an early flight
