The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful, the room was cleaned regularly, with useful items restocked. The lunch and dinner room service menu was good, and the food was perfect. The location was good for shopping, with access to restaurants and some street food.
The breakfast menu needs to be worded better in places (the English translation). I also didn't receive items/the correct items on the menu, however, the staff kindly discounted my breakfast, they worked hard. I also wasn't informed I'd have to pay a deposit beforehand, it wasn't mentioned on the app when I booked.

Room is clean and bed is comfy. The housekeep staff are very friendly. it accept international bank cards which is always great in China.
It is a good option for Kaifeng but I would not agree it is money well spent. the location is not ideal. away from all the touristy spots. Hotel changed the price upon check in

Looks Sheraton does not control this place properly.
