Overall, a good hotel that worked well for a family of 5. The description suggests it’s a 4 stars hotel, but I’d put on the lowest end of the 4 stars (perhaps more like a higher end 3-star hotel). It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. We arranged our own taxi from the airport as the hotel never responded to my queries about the transport. However, the hotel provided a free taxi to the airport. The staff didn’t really speak English but that wasn’t an issue. They were polite and responsive. The hotel location is ok. Nothing interesting nearby, but there’s a park across the road. It has its own restaurant but it is also close to several restaurants diagonally across the road junction, about 5 minutes walk. I’d stay there again.

I tried to contact the hotel to arrange airport pick up service but it was impossible. They don't answer emails or messages via booking, so in the end we needed to get a taxi from airport which it was a bit of a negotiation with taxi drivers, since they don't speak English. Please go to the official taxi point. Be aware that taxi cost about 20 yuans with the meter from airport to the hotel and around 15 min drive. It is quite far for walking distance. I heard some travellers were charged far more expensive for the same trip....so please negotiate this with taxi drivers and ask them to put the meter. For the way back to airport, hotel arranged a free drop off to airport that leaves from hotel every hour.

The hotel room was very nice which is to be expected from a Marriott. In addition, the dining area was well equipped and the food was very good. I also found the staff in the restaurant to be very hospitable.

The location was quite awkward and the front desk staff were not always helpful or professional, with one staff member laughing at me and telling me to eat in the hotel restaurant after I asked if there were any recommended eating spots around the area. The walk to my room from the elevator was also extremely long due to the hotel layout.

1. You can reserve in advance a free shuttle bus to the airport (it takes 15 min). 2. It takes20-min walking from the subway station (with escalator) to the hotel. The nearby rose garden across the street is nice in the spring.

1. The airplane takeoff noise at midnight may be disturbing but, well, that is life. 2. The strip mall nearby is running down if you want to look around.

Very good price, comfortable bed and spacious beautiful room, close to the airport. Air-conditioner was not working properly though, and bathroom door didn't fully close.

Excellent one night stay for that price, especially because it's located very near to the airport just 15 min.

The only thing that was not clear: there is a deposit fee when you pay, but you'll get it back within 24h.

We arrived late in the night, the personnel was a bit sleepy. Breakfast OK, nothing extraordinary as for 5* hotel......
