Great stay, just as described in pictures. The rooms are nice, big, clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer free transfer at the time you ask for. Breakfast is good too, read some comments saying otherwise, it is chinesse style but you can also find bread, toast, pastries, eggs, cereal, coffe, milk, nuts, fruit so all good !!! Also, if you arrive and have no sim card or roaming in order to contact the hotel (you have to contact them once you are ready to be picked up) you can go to the tourist info of the airport and they call the hotel for you. No one speacks much english but they are always willing to help and use phone translator- Al in all good and convenient stay :)

I stayed here as I had a transit with an airline which I didn’t stay there hotels and booked mine. I totally recommend this place. The property was spacious and clean. It is near local shops which are 5 mins away by walking. Staff are friendly they are try to do their best. The breakfast options had variety which was all made fresh. After you book message the hotel and let them know of your flight details so that they can arrange pick up. They had sent staff to pick me up.

Breakfast was very good.. I had traveled from India and am pure vegetarian but had good options like breads, coffee, fruits & juices as well. This place is located just near Zhengzhou (CGO) international airport and provided their own vehicle for Hotel to Airport transfer. Very helpful staff.

There is as such no issues found with Hotel stay.

Spacious rooms and very clean. Very kind and helpul receptionist. Hotel arranged pick up and drop off from airport to hotel and it was very helpful. They prepared us a packed breakfast since we needed to leave to airport early morning before breakfast buffet time.

Friendly staff, late night pickup by hotel from airport. Room and amenities all better than expected. Early buffet breakfast , mainly Chinese breakfast dishes but all very tasty and plentiful. Again hotel transfer back to airport for onward travel. I highly recommend this hotel even if I might have been one of a few westerners as clientele mainly Chinese / Asian

Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very near to the Zhengzhou airport which is ideal as I have a catch a very early flight the next day. Provides free shuttle service to the airport. Staff friendly and efficient.

TV has only Chinese channels despite of being Holiday inn brand. Expected international approach. At the front desk and on phone they don't speak English, that was surprising. My wife spoke Bit Chinese so we managed.

Had early flight and left before breakfast commenced, however hotel provided bag croissant, boiled egg and milk box. Pick up from airport and return. Room spacious for price and comfortable.
