From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and felt at home. The room was spotless and spacious. Special thanks to the concierge team who went above and beyond to help us with the seamless check-in. We could even place our bags at the hotel concierge side while we continued with our activities right after we checked-out. It was definitely a great help. Breakfast was a delight in the morning, with a wide variety and impeccable service. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Hotel with potential and not too expensive. Staff: Polite and could speak decent English. Dining: Nice atmosphere with oldies music playing in the background. Food was alright, some nice, some not. Massage: Love that they have it 24/7! Though slightly more expensive as compared to external branches, however it is still overall cheaper compared other hotels and in mine country :) ~$30+ for 2 hours good massage what a steal!

Overall, the hotel looks old. Noted that they are expanding their hotel, which is estimated to be ready at the end of 2025. Gym equipment is very old, and some is poorly maintained. Swimming pool is extremely small about 15 steps distance only It would be better if the hotel entrance is facing towards the habourbay. Needed to navigate lots of kerbs and roads to get there

They promptly arranged for a doctor to see me at the hotel, making the process seamless and stress-free. Following that, the staff continued to check on me, offering extra hot teas and warm get-well-soon messages, which truly made a difference in my stay. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. A special thanks to Mr. Danang, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support and professionalism. The Breakfast should be little more healthy , variety is too much but dishes are mostly same everyday . I think few dishes should be changing every day and rest should stay the same.

Had a really pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. From the start, the staff were warm and helpful—big thanks to Maya at the front desk who made check-in smooth and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Breakfast was one of the highlights—lots of choices, from local dishes to fresh juice and pastries. Everyone at the restaurant was super polite and welcoming. Location’s perfect too, just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Everything felt easy and relaxing. Thank you to the team for making us feel at home. Would happily stay here again!

Less than 5 mins walk from Harbourbay Ferry Station! There wasn’t a need for us to get any taxi on the day of arrival. We followed the signs at the terminal and reached the hotel with ease when walking in the day. Friendly and helpful staff. During checkout, they quickly got housekeeping to do a quick sweep to ensure that we didn’t leave anything behind. They keenly spotted a toy my child left behind under the blanket and very quickly brought it down for us before we left. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was awesome for a hotel breakfast. There was a wide variety of local food options available. I particularly love their chilli options that goes well with their Nasi Goreng. My children loved the DIY doughnut decoration section and munched off the wide variety of fruits available. On one of the days, there was also Pulut Hitam that was totally delicious! Not to forgot the yummy chicken and beef soup on alternate days. Absolutely satisfying breakfast that gave us a great head start for the day.

The kind bed wasn’t really a king size bed. It was two single beds put together which didn’t feel totally comfortable if you’re sleeping in the middle. The pool is rather small, so not very suitable for families. The water was also slightly murky.

The service offered by the Hotel is really good. Maya texted me a day before arrival to check our requirements which is a lot; 2 sets of connecting rooms, all with twin beds. She is there to welcome us at check in and even made dinner reservations for us. We have not received this level of service from any other Hotel previously.

All is great except for the condition of the towels in the rooms which looked yellow and old. The bed linen is quite rough as well. It's a pity as the rest of the room was really great. Hope the Hotel can improve the quality of linen in the rooms.

Service from the hotel staff is excellent. They were very patient in answering all queries and even checked to see what time we are arriving. Even the bellhop opens the front doors for us every single time. Breakfast buffet is nice too with a good selection that's caters to both children and elderly.

Nothing particularly adverse. We didn't manage to get the Seaview rooms which we booked initially. However, the hotel made it up by giving us 2 connecting good sized rooms with king size beds which my family of 6 is particularly appreciative of. We enjoyed being able to move about the 2 rooms freely. As the hotel is still being built in phases, there is no gym yet but available swimming pool and spa facilities.

I had a pleasant stay at swiss bellhotel harbour bay. Staff was welcoming and assist me beyond their jobscope in ensuring my surprise works. Location was super near to the ferry terminal, food area, and malls... staff was very friendly. Breakfast were variety and delicious.. Manager helped me alot with planning of the decoration in the room. Last day, they assist us with our luggages to ferry terminal as im with small kids and its raining heavily.. realli appreciate their kind gestures... Overall, will really recomend my stay to others and will definitely come and stay there again... Good Job everyone...

The warm reception by the security, service staff and counter staff was welcoming during check-in allowing us for a more relaxed stay. The breakfast spread was nice, you have variety of choices and the rooms was huge and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air-con settings was self-adjustable, very comfortable for our sleep and stay. The hotel even prints specialised welcome message and fruits baskets were given which was tasty. Location of the hotel was very convenient and near to many food spots and shopping centre, transport is not an issue.

The hotel is in the midst of a major renovation project as it is a dated property. The swimming pool is small but do not worry as there will be an infinity pool coming up for the next project. The toilet sewerage is recycled (especially for flushing) so it was unpleasant to look at and one of our toilet flushes is not working properly. Lifts are quite slow and can be improved during full house bookings.
