New updates, great restaurant and the shuttle to the mountain was key! Great amenities like pool, hot tub, game room. Loved the Starbucks on sight. Room was very spacious. Ample closet space and private toilet room. In room washer and dryer which was awesome.

I would have expected for what I paid that I would get housekeeping every day. When I called they said you had to reserve it and when I asked to do so bc my room hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days they said that they were full of reservations and I couldn’t get it cleaned. Never heard of such a thing. Our heat couldn’t be adjusted and there it was very hot. Despite us following instructions on the thermostat it got stuck and couldn’t be repaired. Lastly the handle on our door to get into the room fell off! This left our room exposed and not able to be locked. They did come and fit it right away. Beds were waaaay too soft for my liking.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in the 2 bedroom condo. It has a King room, a room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa with 2 bathrooms and a balcony (just like the pics). It is well equipped with plates, silverware, cups and basic baking supplies. There is also a washer and dryer. The cleaning crew changes out towels and takes out trash daily, you can request to have your room cleaned (give 24 hr notice). Parking is easy at the hotel. We took the shuttle to Main Street (parking is bad there), the hotel sets you up with an app like Uber that allows you to request a shuttle and gives you an estimated pick up time. There are 4 drop off options: Main Street, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley Mountain, The Market at Park City (also by the liquor store). I was worried about being away from the base of the mountain, but it really isn’t an issue. It’s in a good location, situated 10-15 minutes from all of the main attractions in Park City. The pool, hot tub, sauna and play room are great. They also have a gym, ski rental shop and cafe with Starbucks coffee. The restaurant is great.

The hotel is still under construction, so this would be my main critique. It can be an eye sore and there is some banging going on. It wasn’t enough to make me regret staying there. The shuttle was sometimes great and on time, but sometimes there was an hour wait.

The facility is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Having a washer/dryer on a ski trip is also a bonus in addition to a modern kitchen.

The noise from the adjacent, separately rented bedroom unit was annoying. The sound of their conversations traveled through the air system and we could hear everything they said. Fortunately, their rental was shorter than ours.

Great fitness room, sauna, steam room, pool and hot tub. The view from the pool deck is awesome! They also have a massive game room with pool tables, air hockey, shuffleboard and something like 8 huge tv's. The restaurant food was pretty damn good too! Super comfy beds and linens.

The insane pet fee really put me off. I think it was an additional $95 which is INSANE. It is always frustrating when additional fees like that are excessive and there really isn't anything a guest can do at that point but eat it. It left a bad taste in my mouth especially for just a one night stay.

This was our second time at this resort. It's fairly pricey but totally worth it. The 2 bedroom units are very spacious and well designed. We enjoyed making meals, hanging out by the fireplace and everyone still had enough space to take a break from the group. The kids loved the game room and the heated pool and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the bar.

The location is not very convenient to Park City mountain - it's about a 15-20 minute drive with no traffic and there are no shops, restaurants etc closeby - you have to get in the car for everything. There is a shuttle to Park City Mountain but it gets super overwhelmed in the morning and late afternoon - would be nice to have more shuttles available.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 full en-suite units. The staff was very responsive and accommodating even though it was probably one of the busiest weeks of the year. They had a great shuttle service to Park City Mountain resort, all managed via a dedicated app. They have a rental shop on site. You leave the ski equipment on the rack in the evening and they store it for you as well as bring it out in the morning.

I wished they had more frequent shuttle service.

The rooms were fantastic and the beds were comfy. The facilities were great and the food was tasty. We liked the location as it was ~15 minute drive to where we wanted to go each day.

It would be good for a bar to be kid friendly for certain times. There are a lot of families visiting but nowhere to sit and have a drink while the kids play, which is common in resorts.

The cleanliness was great! The staff was polite and helpful. Views are nice. Pool looked nice, but is was closed when we were planning on using it.

The couch and chairs in the living room area were chic but not very comfortable. Most hotels have pump bodycare products and yet this hotel Still is on the travel size, which is wasteful. The water was very hard, and for being a high end hotel that was surprising. There were no robes only towels, again something I’d expect a high end place to have. There didn’t seem to be an ice machine anywhere, so you have to go to the front desk each time, it wasn’t a bad experience but I expected more!

Great pool, hot tub, restaurant and shuttle service. Pool was perfect temp as outside air temp was single digits. They provide a QR code to shuttle service on-site which was a smart system and easy to use. Lack of info on this had worried me, but service was excellent!

My mountain view was mostly of a concrete wall. They did get us into our room early but would have like our construction view explained. AWD recommended in winter as drive way was steep and not plowed when we arrived during snow storm.

The size of the room was amazing! A fully stocked kitchen and room for everyone to move around. There was an amazing game room which kept the kids busy and fun for the whole family. The pool and workout room were also nice!

The restaraunt was SO expensive and the food was not good. We ate out every day after our first experience. The hotel is understaffed so that was a challenge at times. There needs to be more umbrellas outside by the pool for shade. You can’t get food or drinks by the pool, but you can bring your own. The hotel is still under construction and it is quite an eyesore. Once they finish the hotel and are more experienced I think it will be great.
