Perfect location, right across the street from all the shopping, main attractions in Park City. Nice, big bedrooms, two bathtubs, hot tub was amazing. Loved the layout of the residence room. Bedding in main beds was comfortable.

I was told there would be three beds (one bedroom was supposed to have two beds, according to the pictures when I booked this room. But there were only two beds. When I asked about it they brought up a small twin rollaway bed which would have been okay, I guess, but the blanket on it was like sandpaper. Very strange because the bedding on the regular beds was amazing! The room and the lobby, elevators, etc, had a weird smell, definitely someone smoked in our room at some point. Getting rid of that smell would go a long way!

This property was very clean and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was as described and pictured in photographs. It was clean and inviting. The location is perfect for walking to great dining, bars, and shopping

There were a few maintenance issues such as water damage on a wall in the bathroom but nothing that made our stay unenjoyable or a concern

Location was exceptional We were able to park the car upon arrival and not use it until we checked out. Walking distance to Main Street and all the bus and tram stations. Some remodeling being done but did not interfere with our stay at all. No noise or inconvenience of any kind.

Location was great, large rooms, friendly staff. Excellent views of the mountain, and fireplaces in living area and bedroom.

Gym was unmaintained and dirty, access control broken on gym doors, so you were locked in unless door was left propped open. In room hot-tub was only partially functional, coffee maker did not work (staff replaced), garbage disposal flange missing, but overall needed a maintenance walk through. No on-site breakfast or other food options.
