The location was perfect, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was spacious...definitely more than I needed. The property was clean and welcoming. Check-in staff (Ivan?) was very pleasant and welcoming. The indoor parking option (for a fee) was a welcome amenity, especially with the arrival of overnight snow.

The decor is definitely dated and some furniture items and finishes either need attention or replacement. The bed was far too soft for my taste, but that is a personal preference. The indoor parking situation was a bit confusing. Signage indicating which spots are for hotel guests could be displayed more prominently, or check-in staff could be more informative about which spots are meant for guests.

Top of Main St. hotel, close to several restaurants and bars. There is parking available. The room had a spacious kitchen convenient for meals before or after skiing. The hot tub is large and right outside the room we stayed in, the shower was nice and hot.

The mattress wasn't comfortable and the walls are thin. Let's just say the neighbors upstairs were having a romantic weekend.

Great location right downtown in Park City. On site parking, comfortable room/bathroom, and plenty of space made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Updates to the property had the elevator from the parking garage closed, so we had to reroute via the street to return to the lobby after parking. Not a huge deal, just the reason I rated the facilities a 9 instead of a 10.

The location was excellent for being able to get to bars, dinning and shops. It was out of season so probably a lot easier to get around. The room was well fitted out the bed was big and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, although the fridge was the only part we used. The shower was good if not the cleanest we've been in.

Hairs left in the bathroom from previous stay although the rest of the unit was clean. A couple of flights of stairs to get luggage up and down might be hard work for some. Not much in the way of storage for clothing, there was a open rack to hang clothes on but that was in the bathroom. The safe didn't work on arrival but maintenance were quick to replace that.

The entire place was a great size. A full kitchen. Very cool view of the main street where all the action is. Quite when the windows are closed and the place was very nice.

It's hard for me to answer this questions when I had a great time at the place and the city surrounding it. I guess the elevator wasn't working at the time so I had o tale the stairs....but that's not even a big deal because there are only 3 floors. I dont know

Nice clean condo in a great location in park city. Went for Sundance. Walked to town lift for skiing and in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Convenient parking. Great trip!!

Only improvement would be better coffee maker in room. Old Mr coffee made horrible coffee. Maybe upgrade to keurig? Prices seemed more expensive than their usual ratesfor Sundance week but we expected that.

We arrived late on 4th of July and access instructions worked given by the property worked perfectly. The apartment’s amenities and prime Main Street location were just what we needed for our two night stay. We enjoyed very quiet and comfortable nights sleep.

All good.

The room was a good size with very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with spacious shower and mini kitchen. The view was limited to the courtyard but nice to sit inside and watch the snow falling through the sliding door windows! Loved being right on main street convenient to restaurants and shops.

They did not offer any type of shuttle service except for one time in the morning to a ski resort only. A trolley service with limited route but only available Wednesday-Sunday. Bus service also available but you had to walk a bit and then routes were confusing and no one to assist. Only food shopping available within walking distance was 7-11 convenience store. My biggest complaint is the people above us. They were so noisy at all hours, day and night, dropping things on the floor moving chairs/furniture, etc. I understand the resort cannot control this, but people need to take this into consideration when booking on the first level.

The location was excellent. The suite was homey with comfortable furnishings and well equipped. Thoughtful details throughout made it so much more than just an average hotel room!

Parking is an additional charge. If you arrive when it’s busy the 15 minute parking spots assigned for guests checking in are not adequate.

First room was quite small and required that one of us sleep on a hideabed..almost always not a great experience. We were upgraded to a lovely room by very pleasant staff and were extremely pleased with our stay.
