I loved the hot tubs and the pool. I lovedthe smell of the towels and sheets. I loved that they let me check out later because I asked. And I loved the lift ticket guy that gave us a deal when it started to thunder.

I didn’t like that two of our adult friends had to park far away without a shuttle and pay extra. That was not on the booking information. Upfront. I didn’t like that there was only two towels in our bathroom instead of four for all of us.

The rooms were amazing and so spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful, in a great location! Free onsite parking, and a city bus that comes every 5ish minutes to take you to Main Street - it was perfect.

It would be nice if the hotel had complimentary toothbrushes or similar items for guests that forget theirs. I had forgotten mine and while they do have a little market, a toothbrush was $4 which seemed very excessive, especially when a lot of hotels will provide them at no charge.

Amazing location! The pool and 6 outdoor hot tubs were adjacent to the ski slopes !!! So beautiful. We loved walking into town :). Our room was gorgeous. The front desk staff were terrific - especially Dylan Tippetts, Front Desk Manager, and Leora, who we saw both days we were there. Concierge staff were helpful, too. They told us about the hot springs at Wasatch Mountain State Park - we would never have known about that. When we first arrived, there were 4 children very loud and boisterous next door. Dylan immediately moved us to a quieter room. It was also so helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in our villa! And lots of towels for the pools !!!!

The fireplace wasn't great.....it was gas and didn't really give off much heat. Because our room had a connecting door, we could hear the people next door quite a bit - that was a bit annoying. But the bedroom was quiet, and we didn't hear any noise from the people in the pools, even though we overlooked the pool and hot tubs.

This place rocked. Everyone was so nice, the amenities and entertainment was amazing, and the room was perfect. 10/10 would come again.

Honestly, the only thing was that the parking lot gets a bit crammed. But that was overcome by a super nice employee who came out and helped us park a big truck into a tight space. Great people.

The villas are great! We got the 2 bedroom this time for 5 of us and had plenty of room.

There was a lot of little issues this visit. One night we didn’t have hot water for a couple of hours. There were only two of the six hot tubs functional during our stay, and they had issues with the fire pits on our last night. However, the maintenance staff did an excellent job of getting the second two up and running in a timely manner.

The room was a really good size & the facilities were great. The hotel is in a great location.

Although the pool area was great…it was far too over crowded. I’m not sure how you change this but it felt hectic rather than relaxing.

Mountainside is always a delight for our family. It is in the perfect location right on the ski slope, and has amazing facilities. It is definitely set up well for families with activities happening all day and the best hot tubs and pool around with many options!

Six hot tubs and none dedicated for adults. Young children running from tub to tub treating them like swimming pools. No chance to use.

Location/, walkable to main street. Great hot tubs and pool. Comfortable bed rooms are very large and it was super nice to have a full kitchen and washer dryer.

Very odd not to have any bar or restaurant in the hotel. Showers took 5 to 7 minutes for hot water to come on every morning.

The location was on point! The resort was close to the things we wanted to enjoy and the room was comfortable and clean!

I do wish your showers had more pressure and I felt I couldn't get much water to feel like a real shower.
