Very spacey room, two bathrooms makes life easy - even for a couple. Very nice people. Easy to access with grocery stores and nice restaurants close by. Super good deli across the parking lot. Quite quiet too. Silent airco.

The bed is very high and the softy upper layer makes it very weird for a medium size guy like me. No water kettle unfortunately, while the rest of the equipment is fine. Very good dishwasher. The fixed phone line for late arrival support … should be fixed.

The Park Regency is centrally located to the town center, Park City & Deer Valley mountains, and restaurants. If you plan to stay there for a few days, you do not need a car. There are restaurants within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle service this hotel offers. Our 1 bedroom, 2 bath, was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen came fully stocked. If you rent a car, their parking lot is free.

I booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I & the other one for our friends. It was our first time staying in Park City to ski in Deer Valley. It was in a good location close to restaurants, markets, and the ski resorts. Parking was free. The resort offered free shuttle to the ski resorts which is a good option if we didn’t have a car or don’t want to drive in the snow. Both rooms were nice, clean 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen equipped with plates, wine glasses, utensils, etc. We stayed for 3 nights and it is great to have breakfast and cook dinner in our rooms. The resort provides one day supply of coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soaps. They should provide enough for the days that we were booked. The resort does not provide daily maid service, which is not a problem for short stays. There were adequate towels and bathrobes. The property has a spa and pool in an enclosed area. It was nice to not get chilled after getting out of the spa. The resort offered Happy Hour on Tuesdays which we enjoyed. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Location, free parking, and mtn shuttle. Plus the free town bus stops across the street which we used in between shuttle times gettting home from the mountain. The guy that checked us in provided great recommendations for food- dinner and breakfast burritos at Albertos.

Bathroom door didn't stay open and wouldn't lock when closed. That's a very minor issue. Overall we loved the convenience of the Park Regency and the great staff.

Had a whole apartment. Very updated and clean. Perfect mountain view from balcony. Walking distance 2 restaurants. Courtyard view. Pool had burst a pipe so everyone on 3rd floor away from noise. Didn't hear a thing. Elevator yeah. Will stay 2 nights next year instead of one. Cheapest rate in park city that night.ight

Pool had burst a pipe. Unexpected and they were working on it. We'll off interstate and GPS on phone is stupid about finding it.

It gave a very homey feeling, bed was very comfortable. Very clean and a nice place to stay and we will stay there again.

Did like the fact that the main doors were closed after 10 p.m. and had to go in side doors and up three flights of stairs to our room. Which that was never mentioned. otherwise we would made earlier arrangements

Location, shuttle to take you to Park City mountain or Deer Valley or Park City downtown. Staff was very friendly and let us store our bags before leaving. The hot tub is nice and property is quiet.

Note unless you stay a week there is not house keeping. But this was fine for us as we had plenty of towels

Great location to ski resorts, places to eat, grocery market, state liquor store. Shuttle service to mountain and free city buss stop across from hotel.

When we checked out we we told that we were all settled up and good to go financially. The next day we noticed there was an extra charge of $322.22 pending on our Visa credit card. I called the hotel and was told that I should call Booking.com to resolve the issue. That the rate that I paid when I booked the trip was not correct. I spent at least and hour and a half on two phone calls with Booking.com to try to resolve this extra charge. I am waiting for Booking.com to talk to the property manager to try to resolve this issue. I feel that something like this should have been brought to my attention when I checked in or definitely when I checked out. Why didn’t this show up on the computer when I checked out?

Fully stocked one-bedroom unit with kitchen. Regular shuttle service to Park City and Deer Valley. No frills but good value. Hotel also has hot tub and pool. Very nice staff who hosted a wine and cheese party one night.

Comfortable living area, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the free shuttle to the ski area or downtown. Nice jacuzzi and pool. Excellent, hard working and courteous staff. The wine and cheese reception was nice.

Would have liked a few more baking dishes. The mattress was Tempur-pedic, and I prefer a firmer one.
