Everything! The GM, Mike was a treasure with assisting with room accommodation, airport transportation, wheelchair access, encouraging hydration, suggesting things to experience and his sincere caring our stay was a great one. Each employee greeted us with a smile no matter the time of day or night and an attentiveness to our requests. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were soft and the option of restaurant /bar was convenient and the view of the mountains. The location was perfect. Walking distance to a market, Star Bucks, Burger King and Roadhouse Grill. A short ride to ice skate to the left. To the right to Woodward Park to snow tube either on a short or long course with a conveyor belt which made a easy trek for me, a senior citizen, snow boarding, skiing, indoor activities, shop and restaurant.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were awesome, my job requires late hours and I asked about a later checkout time, not only did they extend my time, they did it for free!!! My co-worker that dropped me off and picked me up after checking out absolutely loves the free cookie.

Some items on the buffet were over warmers, but I don't think they were on because after serving myself, then sitting down, my main plate of food was cold. Everything else was good

Nice room and beds. Loved the balcony outside for fresh air. Close to trails. Quiet location. Great coffee within walking distance (to the north). We ask for some blankets and they arrived quickly. Front desk staff were good.

Parking was a bit challenging due to the construction next door - it was taking up some of the parking. The coffee at the little coffee shop was not good (at least the espresso drinks weren't). We were by the pool so it was a little loud occasionally, but was totally quiet by 10 pm.

Mike and the team at reception are truly wonderful. We travelled from the UK and they made sure we could avail of all hotel facilities, had knowledge of the local area and maximised our stay. If I return to Park City I will certainly stay at the Double Tree. The location was brilliant also.

The bathrooms were dated, but thi is incredibly minor.

front desk, angie etc helpful. great rooms/bed, clean, location especially for sundance (near two cinemas and a shopping mart)and busstops. good breakfast, swimming pool outdoors (heated, still cool but ethereal/lovely to swim with steam rising) and great hot tub outdoors (warm and ethereal/relaxing). good gym. Safe environment, felt secure as woman travelling alone.

shocked that their restaurant wasnt open for lunch, only small concession snack stand. restaurant only opened at 4 (after breakfast) so i feel they too missed huge oppps for business witb sundance people normally wanting biz lunches,meetings etc early afternoon. Worse, no room service ability for the otherwise lovely restaurant. On biz trips of this calibre/expense, normally would want funcitoning lunch restaurant and/or room service (at higher charge of course but still available). One constructive suggestion: good if the restaurant (breakfast) would serve cappucino/espresso not just drip coffee (for a charge is fine, just make it available). It was available int he concession stand outside so i wondered about that.

Location to market, StarBucks,Burger King, Road House Grill, ice skating rink, and Woodward. The GM, Mike made our first snow trip less stressful with his assistance in airport transportation, hotel accommodation, events and wheel chair access. We were met with a smile on their face and everyone was delighted to assist us during our stay.

Overcharged vs booking thru Hilton Honors, which I was unaware my assistant booked through booking.com Not hotels fault Plus I got NO points now days of stay as a Hilton Member. No reason to book through your site.

Breakfast n dinner was really great! The pool was great! Arcade was fun for the kids! The staff was unbelievably friendly kind and waitress Carla went above and beyond! She was awesome n always happy with a smile even pulling a double shift back to back! Thank you for your hospitality! Mickoh at front desk was awesome! He also went above n beyond! Gave us complimentary breakfast! As your reservation was not clarified to what was included or not included? TY Mickoh so taking care of me and my families!

I liked how close it is to grocery store. Also, great location, close to Deer Valley where I went skiing for two days. I also enjoyed being close to main street and the park at the lower part of main street in Park City as I walked my dogs around there a few times.

Absolutely nothing. Exceptional location, great amenities, and attentive staff.

The mattress was the most comfortable bed I have ever had. I love my bed at home, but I am ready to run out and buy one like you have. I did not want to get out of the soft bed.

I was happy to see a bar and restaurant, but the food was quite pricey. It was very good though.
