Roms are spacious and very clean. No noise from the street out front with good Wi-Fi, good bed and air on in every room. Even a well functioning kitchen and a great fitness center. Reception is nice and speaks english. It’s not a traditional hotel but more like full apartments in an apartment building, which is fine.

Location is really bad by car. The roads take you in U-turns one after another and it can be quite difficult. Not easily accessible. Breakfast has something like 10-12 tables and we were told to eat outside in the parking lot where a few extra tables has been placed and not in a nice tone. My wife got really upset and they told us to wait 30 min for a table. That is something to be aware of. Book the day before if you can OR don’t get breakfast at the residence - plenty other places to eat.

Everything in the hotel was very clean, the room, gym, kitchen, pool ect... generally the thai hotels we've stayed at the bedrooms are usually compact and small but here at aiyara the bedrooms were spacious. All The employees, from the workers at reception to the cleaners and kitchen workers were all so kind and genuinely nice people. Always ready to help and they kindly greeted us every time we saw them. Their attitudes definitely made the stay more enjoyable. also to note: I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as it had a variety of Japanese, Thai and also English breakfast, that they would change up everyday. usually from the time I would eat it, the food was cold but it was delicious. so would rev come down going a bit earlier.

hope the next time we come the onsen (spa) will be finished and available to use.

The residence is excellent! We had a big apartment with everything we needed. The pool was awesome! There's a big supermarket with food stands walking distance from the hotel.

If we did not wake up "very early" (holiday-very early), breakfast was nearly all gone and what was left was cold. That was a bit sad.

Everything about this beautiful apartment especially its size and a wonderful swimming pool. Will definitely come back one day

Breakfast was poor, as my husband asked for more but they didn't have it. And he got only one last toast! Not enough breakfast for everyone, staff was very loud moving the chair and breakfast room very tight not enough table for guests

Big and clean rooms with many complimentary items (including snacks and drinks). Huge pool. Night market nearby and plenty of other shops and local restaurants and street food. Very secure. Good breakfast buffet and the Japanese food options form the restaurant was a nice change.

Unfortunately the sauna and spa was closed but due to covid restrictions.

The window to bedroom is not sealed well enough. Noise from outside can be heard easily .

My second time to stay here, in addition to my previous review there's also a massage shop outside the village that does room service (masseuse speaks English). Very convenient and relaxing.

Not a big deal but there should be a dishwashing soap and sponge in the condo unit as some guests (like us) loves to eat. And we don't want to leave dirty dishes behind too. I had to walk outside the property and walk to 7/11 which is like 300 meters away. But as I've said, it's not a big deal. I'll just bring my own next time 😉

Nice place just a bit confused

The location was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and respectful!

There were a lot of small cockroaches/ insects throughout the rooms which was uncomfortable
