The place was very clean! The staff were friendly, and helpful!

Two things. The first is the property is beside a train yard. Fortunately, there was only one train during the night we stayed and it was active before midnight. The second is actually the responsibility of Booking.com. I was looking for a place that accepted service animals. I have a standard poodle who provides me with support. The motel policy was “absolutely no pets!” My dog was not permitted and he had to stay in the vehicle over night. I spoke with the receptionist who told me that Booking.com was informed of their policy repeatedly, but did not amend their listing information. This is false advertising on the part of Booking.com! Regrettably, they are untrustworthy.

When we arrived the area did not look the best. But the exterior was off putting but the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Could do with a quilt/doona as was only a single sheet and a thin blanket. Could also change the brown sheets to white would make the room more inviting. Air con was ducted not room controlled, so it was preset and we had no control.

It was clean and simple. A basic motel room as needed and expected. There was nothing wrong with it in any way. I was traveling for work and needed a place to sleep and keep my things safe for the night and it met those needs.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was what I needed. I assume if you're there for sightseeing it might be a little too basic for you. But if you're traveling and need a place to sleep, this works.

Modernisation would be beneficial to the proprietors. Some potentially undesirable ‘visitors’/maybe locals in the car park. Not sure if they were staying at the hotel (???) but made us feel uncomfortable for the car. Presence of security and/or cameras in the car park would be comforting.

Clean towels, friendly staff, got first floor as we had lots of luggage, non smoking room. Tv worked well, had air but not controlled in each room. I liked the owner kept us away from louder people and smokers (thank you so much)

Wish there was a garbage can in the bathroom but wasn't a deal breaker. Walls are a bit thin but we were in bed fairly early. Neighbours gabbed a lot but we slept fine as we were exhausted.

Very Quiet old motel.looks like studio apt with beds, desk, frig, microwave. Older firmer mattress and carpet. Owner was great. Teen didn't like bed so stayed one night and he refunded 2nd night.

I loved it. Quiet even when full, and inexpensive. Do have to carry stuff upstairs, no elevator for 2nd floor.

Night Inn Motel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and affordability. The motel is very clean, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free stay. The customer service is commendable, with staff who are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. To top it all off, the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for money.

Decent location, good TV service, good wifi, clean room, staff was friendly and was telling me things to do or see around town. No breakfast but it wasn't a big deal because there was a Tim Hortons a couple blocks away.

It is next to the tracks so you get the occasional squeeky train wheels grinding, no screen on the window which wasn't too big of a deal.

Location worked well for us, as we were travelling across the country. Accommodations were very comfortable for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Rob at the office, was very helpful!

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of table top. Pleasantly surprised by 24" standard sized refrigerator and microwave. Room location was convenient and faced south affording plenty of natural light.

The motel needs an interior design makeover. The washroom, though operative, needs thorough upgrade of facilities . . . remove tub - add stand up shower with GRAB BARS and sliding glass doors, plus new sink with open shelves below (or enclosed cabinet with pull-out draws). Improve mattress standard for comfort.
