This is an older hotel that was opened in 1981 with just over 400 rooms. The condition of the rooms is generally good, although they are dark. The staff is responsive and the problem of a non-working aircon followed by two interventions of engineers was finally resolved with an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is extensive offering a large variety of Indian food as well. Internet access is reliable and allows access to Yahoo and WhatsApp. The staff, especially Mr. David at the reception desk was most helpful.

We booked club level with lounge access. The rooms on the club level offer basic comfort of a standard 4 star hotel. The dark carpet contributes further to the already sombre light in the room. Booking the lounge access is not worthwhile. The club opens at 17.30 - 20.00 hrs with access to a small buffet. There are two Chilean wines (white + red) and beers offered, but no other drinks.

the staffs are very helpful and friendly. the girl (her name is Jessy Shen. hopefully my memory still works properly) handled my check-in. She did explain to me and my family members very patiently in details about all facilities such as Gym, restaurant in hotel and public transport around that area. As we booked two rooms She also located two of them close to each other for us. I and my family members enjoyed staying and had a great time. We will definitely go back if we visit Foshan again in future. thanks so much, guys.

The warm welcome from the service staff Catherine, she was so friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Due to the raining weather and my early arrival time, Catherine share with us and direct us to tour around the nearby attraction and come back for early check-in. Upon return after our tour, she already prepared an upgraded BIG room with great view for us. The service quality of the hotel staff Catherine makes the most impactful of my stay. She was sensitive to observe my wife tireless, make decision to make adjustment for the customer needs.

The location of the hotel is central to all of the attractions in Foshan. The staff were always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and contained all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

On the last night of our stay maintenance workers created a huge amount of noise beside the room window. However, on informing the staff, the situation was resolved quickly and extremely politely. We were offered a change of room to have a sleep in and a free buffet lunch. A very humble resolution, which was appreciated.

From the moment of check-in, every detail reflected the highest standards of service. I was truly impressed by the generous room upgrade, the outstanding quality of the meals, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the facilities. In particular, I would like to commend Ms. Catherine and Ms. Jessy at the reception. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my experience. They are truly excellent representatives of your commitment to guest satisfaction.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. We were taking pictures in the lobby and Jessy Shen approach to welcome us and ask if we needed any help. She spoke great English so it was easy to communicate with her. We saw a cookbook in our room that had recipes from that region and asked her if she knew where we could purchase it. The next day she gave us the cookbook with a lovely note. She was one of the sweetest people that we met on our trip so if you run into her during your stay you will know what we mean! Hope that the management values her work.

This is a fantastic place to stay, offering excellent value for the price. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The hotel itself is immaculate, and the staff are very friendly, especially Jessy, who made me feel welcome right from the start.

However, there's a significant downside: the western restaurant. After staying here for four nights, I found that the food has been consistently cold and unchanging. The lack of variety and poor quality has clearly affected attendance. The restaurant needs to improve by offering a wider range of dishes and ensuring they are served at the right temperature to make the dining experience enjoyable.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Would like to thank Shirley Ou and 罗先生 of the front desk who gave excellent suggestion for a local 小炒restaurant for a late dinner. Enjoyed it very much. Shirley also arranged for late check-out proactively when she knows that our transport is departing in the late afternoon. Very thoughtful gesture.

The room fittings and furniture is dated. The positioning of the electrical outlets in the room could use some redesigning. For the working area it was under the desk behind the back panel. The hotel has cut open the back panel for it to be accessed. However one needs to climb under the desk to reach it and the opening is not big enough to allow a laptop adapter to be plugged in. It's time to upgrade to new electrical outlets with easy access above or on desk with USB type outlets for today's electronics.

The staff is fantastic, with big smiling faces, ready to help and speaks good english. The location is central, with malls and restaurants within walking distance. I think the subway is also near, even though I didn't use it. Some major attractions are also nearby. I think the location is fantastic.

The room smelled like cigarettes in the beginning. After a while I think I got accustomed to it. The property is a bit old.

Being a solo female older traveller is sometimes difficult but the staff made my stay so comfortable. Always helpful and thoughtful. On arrival they gave me an early check in and a room upgrade which was very nice. The room was huge but in the older style but Oh so comfortable. Very very clean. It was a great place to relax.

Breakfast was great but could have had a little more western food. That’s being a little bit pick maybe i’de been in China too long. Also the club facility could have had a bit more variety.
