The young lady receptionist seemed to be doing everything and yet she was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel offers to do a load of laundry (wash, dry, fold) for only 12€. What a bargain and it was nicely folded and back in our room when we returned from dinner. She informed us we could park directly on the street in front of the hotel and lent us a blue parking card to place in the car. The hotel is in a terrific location. It is only a short walk to the old town and the market hall. My husband purchased some of the best pastries we have had in our 5 weeks in France at the market.

The bed could have been wider - there was room between the tables on either side of the headboard.

We booked room only with private parking. Whilst the room was small, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't realise that the room actually had air-conditioning until the morning of our departure, but that was our fault. The location of the hotel was near the port and old town, which is exactly where we wanted to be - close to bars and restaurants and local tourist sites.

Wished we noticed that the room had air-conditioning as it was very warm during our stay in Concarneau.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout our 2 night stay. The room was clean and bright and although overlooking the main road it was quiet once the shutters were down. The location was excellent just by the harbour and a short walk to the old town. We were able to find a good breakfast out on the first day and on the second we had breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast selection was good. There was a separate stylish guest lounge on our floor which lead out onto a small terrace. We took advantage of the separate paid parking across the road which was secure overnight.

The only downside was that the room was a little on the small side although it had all the facilities you needed.

Location, clean, met expectations.

Nothing. Like most French hotels with bath plus shower, they should have a grab bar to stabilize yourself as you get out after a shower. Slips and falls are the most common injuries for seniors.

Really nice hotel. Easy walk to the the centre of concarneau, around 3 mins. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. We were on a motorbike and they have secure parking for the bike. all very good

Great location at port. Small hotel very well organized, super tidy, and clean. Wonderful breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Seemed well designed and recently remodeled. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. All five of us enjoyed our three rooms.

Great location, as just a short walk from a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as the Closed City / Walled Island that is a must visit if staying in the area.

If your room is at the front you can hear traffic a little but it was very quiet in the evening

The location close to down town, boiler (plus tea and coffee) in the room, availability of a secure parking place

Rooms on the street are noisy during the night (we were in Concarneau the day before a large celebration)

Fabulous location. Great sleep as has air conditioning and ability to darken room. Staff were lovely and had a safe place to store bikes. Highly recommend
