The property is not like other commercial properties. It is a home away from home amidst the mountains with a wonderful view of snow covered mountains, immensely beautiful and peaceful. The staff Mukesh was very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. We were served hot aloo paranthas with butter and curd for the first day and in the evening lovely pahari chicken. The rooms are extremely clean and will give you a feel of a 4-star property. They even provide heater, geyser, 24-hour water supply and all amenities that you can basically need. A working kitchen where you can cook. Bonfire at night (not included in hotel charges). All in all it was a very relaxing experience and we felt very rejuvenated . I would definitely love visiting again

The network is an issue and even the internet is not stable. But we were promised that the issue will be resolved in the next visit

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, thanks to the attentive and helpful caretaker. The facilities were excellent, and the room was spotless and hygienic. The breathtaking view from the hotel added to the overall experience, making it truly memorable.

There are no major cons to mention, but it's worth noting that the area has limited network coverage, though the hotel provides Wi-Fi to address this. The location is slightly away from the main areas, and for evening dining, there are two restaurants in front of the hotel. However, one of them falls short in food quality, so visiting Chamba is a better option for a satisfying meal.

Everything was extremely good.

The only good part was the building itself — it’s quite spacious and well-constructed. The rooms are large and comfortable, giving a nice sense of space inside even though the surroundings are congested. The structure seems well maintained, and the interiors are decent enough for a short stay.

The stay was okay overall, but there were two main things that really disappointed me. First, the photos on Booking.com are clearly old — the actual surroundings of the hotel look completely different. The area is quite congested, and the property has common walls with other buildings. Most of the views are either blocked or restricted, which was a big letdown compared to what the pictures showed. Second, the caretaker, while he does seem honest and has probably been around for a while, isn’t really a hospitality person. He’s not responsive at all — you have to keep reminding him for even basic things. It made the whole experience feel less comfortable and more like a constant follow-up. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting good views or attentive service.
