One of the most beautiful hotels in the world with an unbeatable lakefront location. The rooms are facing the lake with unobstructed mountain views. The king size bed is very comfortable with soft pillows. The breakfast is good with great tasting croissants and your choice of eggs along with fresh fruits, bread and cereal. The staff is very friendly and the room service is very fast. There is a heated pool and dry and wet sauna for the guests

Excellent location to stay a night or two in this castle like place. We went here after Easter long holiday and had almost the entire property to ourselves. Enjoyed the hot swimming pool and sauna with views to its fullest.

Amazing and beautiful location, good facilities.

In the winter their should be staff plowing and shoveling the parking areas in the morning so that the guests don’t have to spend time doing it in order to leave the grounds in the middle day the day after a storm.

A couple days to rejuvenate at Luma Casa after visiting the area and skiing. Could not be happier with site, breakfast and especially the exceptional staff. The best was the view from the heated pool at sunset!

spectacular location and views of lake from very spot. our room was fantastic and the views were incredible. loved the indoor/outdoor pools and deck.

we arrived expecting to have dinner in the restaurant only to find that the chef was unavailable and the restaurant closed for dinner. no explanation or apology given. The staff recommended a restaurant in town which was mediocre. Breakfast was unexceptional.

The place´s architecture is amazing, very friendly and helpfull staff, the rooms and breakfast views a breathtaking, it is perfect for a honey moon or a little scape together.

The pool could be warmer and bathroom towels a little better.
