The breakfast is generally neutral, though the soup hasn't been very well received, as observed over the past three days, it was mostly left untouched by guests. The hotel's location next to the train station offers a convenient and enjoyable travel experience, with easy access to destinations like Xi'an, Beijing, for distant travel, and many others.

The information map provided by the hotel, or more likely sourced from the tourism industry and available at the hotel reception, is overall artistic and lacks practical, informative guidance for visitors. The hotel signage is not so visible until you drive into the property, whereas the attached neighbouring Intercontinental Hotel features a large, more prominent sign that is clearly visible from a distance at the entrance frontage

This hotel is probably the best one I stayed in so far. The room is amazing, there is a fully equipped laundry room free of charge, minibar free of charge, robot that delivers takeaway to your doorstep, super nice gym and daily cleaning with attention to detail. With location just right next to Zhengzhou East train station it’s a no-brainer to stay in. Amazing, just amazing.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Even though we arrived at 9pm and the restaurant had officially stopped serving at that time, we were offered a choice from a limited number of options so we were still able to have dinner. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station

Great hotel,location ,breakfast not so special it had more of chinese cuisine but at least it had eggs and bread. Restaurant has great varieties of red wine.

The heater during daytime was very high ,bloody hot and also the ventilation system was bad. At mornings I thought that i woke up in an ashtray. The rooms were smelling cigarettes in a non-smoking room and floor. That was bad.

Nice modern hotel. Good breakfast in restaurant at regular times. Location within walking distance from high speed railway station, easy to reach.

Breakfast provided before restaurant opening at early morning (we checked out before 6 a.m.) was poor.

The cleanliness and superb service of the staff. Even the makeup room staff were friendly. Location is very near to Zhengzhou East Railway station

The room had a great view, the amenities were excellent, everyone was extremely helpful going above and beyond to make my stay a very good one, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast had a really good variety and was very tasty. Also the hotel is across the road from the train station.

Very near to the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. 10-15 min walk to the station.. Can almost say one straight line and was an easy walk with luggages.

Great location to fit my trip in Henan during Spring Festival 2024. The breakfast was combined with Western and Oriental foods, the staff very kind and helpful. I'll consider coming back for my next trip.
