It is at a central location. The property is very good and clean. Food is excellent. The breakfast spread was excellent.

The property is good. My check-in experience with the front desk was absolutely rubbish. I booked through Booking.com and I have mentioned i need a double bed. When I reached the hotel, the front desk girl nonchalantly mentioned that they have assigned a twin bed room as they don't have a double bed. After some argument the manager bumped me up to a room with a king size bed.

Good Location , Tasty Food and Friendly Staff. I came from Thailand and like to stay here. Many times came already never get disappointed.

Raviz Hotel Staffs to name a few are Mr. Shameel at the Reception is an excellent staff and an asset to the hotel. Mr. Abin, Ms. Reshma, Mr. Ashique Khalid at the Reception are also very service oriented staffs. Mr. Naushad at Valet service, Mr. Shaju in Concierge are also very good staffs, they make you feel at home level of service. Mavoor Cafe in the lobby is an Excellent place to sit in the evening, enjoy a nice coffee, nice muffins, super pizzas, I liked the Weight Watchers pizza a lot. Mr. Jijo, Mr. Vignesh and the Chef are very nice and provided highly pleasing services. I extremely suggest Raviz Hotel as an Excellent hotel to stay in Calicut (Kozhikode).

I booked the Club Room for my short Kozhikode trip to spend my birthday which was very spacious & comfortable to stay in. It was very clean and had so many facilities. The view from the window was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a plethora of choices and options to choose from. The hotel staff were very courteous & professional. The location is very convenient as it is about 2 km from the railway station and its also around the same distance from Paragon restaurant. Highly recommend staying here during your Kozhikode visit.

It was raining heavily so I couldn't be able to take advantage of the pool facilities. Hopefully if it was an indoor pool, it could have been more convenient

Calicut is known for food and we had traveled to this city for experiencing the food culture. We were presently surprised with the quality and taste of the food at the Keraleyam resturant. Although, we did try the popular foodie places in Calicut, the hotel restaurant could hold its own. We liked the staff who were very helpful and eager to make your stay better. They gave good tips that helped in improving our stay in the city. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accomodated our requests with ease and smiles.

The location of this hotel is on a busy road and the main entrace is not attractive. But being primarily a business hotel, this is also a positive as it is well connected to the city and make commuting to sightseeing/shopping much easier. One evening, they were celebrating the Hotel day, so the noise from the music was a bit louder than we would have liked.

We were two British ladies travelling for a wedding , the staff were extremely helpful. They organised a lady to come in to dress us in our saris, asked us everyday how our visit was going. If I went outside on my own the security would come and chat with me which made me fell safe. The waiters would suggest a more interesting option on the menu that I would not eat in England. The spa was lovely. The bar well stocked with friendly staff and other guests. The breakfast choices immense!

The bar could have stayed open later! ;-)

Very convenient location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean and neat interior, facilities for relaxation and entertainment, etc., are all apt descriptions of this hotel. To cap it all, this hotel can boast of a customer service that can match some of the best hotels we have been to around the globe. My wife and I were profoundly impressed by the excellent service mentality of the staff in general. Special mention must be made of Shameel at the front desk who often went out of his way to be of help to us, and of Asha of the housekeeping department who made sure that our rooms were always spotlessly clean and tidy. Kudos to the management and the staff for keeping it this way.

Spotless and spacious room. I requested a room on the top floor and got one on the 15th floor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The beautiful wooden furniture in the room adds to its elegance and comfort. If you wish, you can take a walk along the main streets of Calicut. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel’s restaurant is also very nice, with fantastic traditional recipes. The staff is pleasant and courteous.

I liked everything about Raviz.
