breakfast was good on our last stay, was too expensive for a family of 6 to have breakfast there every morning. perhaps a discount for large families should apply. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was great. enjoyed a bath on two evenings which relieved our muscles.

Towels could have been larger. My sons complained about the pillows being too hard, but we loved the pillows, so perhaps the option to change pillows of varied hardness could be an option in the future. Parking was okay but we had to pay extra because of the higher vehicle, perhaps that could have been made free, considering the other carpark was free to use.

Parking conveniently located next door. Rooms were modern and clean. Plenty of space for all our things and for us to be comfortable.

We don't like having our room made up every day but noticed that we kept getting bags of supplies left at our door (towels, slippers, robes, etc), which we didn't want or need. Also, the toilet had a strong urine smell if it was not cleaned daily, as if it is not being cleaned properly or has some build-up somewhere.

The location was central - not far from the station and not far from restaurants and attractions. The lobby was spacious. Staff were ready to help. We arrived early and were allowed to check in. We could also store our luggage when we check out to continue our sightseeing. The room was comfortable. The queen bed was comfortable. The shower was strong and soothing. Just enough space for 2 persons and 2 luggage.

Taking a step up to the bathroom as it is much higher than the floor was not easy for my old bones. Would like more space but this is rare in Japan.

There is a great view over Morioka and the surrounding mountains from the breakfast. The buffet was great - all the usual nice things in a Japanese breakfast, plus there was even tempura and a station doing mini roast beef in little dishes! Also, the staff at the desk spoke English, which I don't expect in Japan but was a pleasant surprise.

Our room was a little small, but typical for Japan really.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great, not from the station (only a 10-minute walk) and from the main street.

The rooms' windows were locked (I guess for safety) and could not be opened even for a bit. Might be a problem for people suffering from claustrophobia. The great views from the windows might compensate for this.

This was a really great stay. Our room was lovely, nice and big compared to usual Japanese standards. We had a family room with 3 large bads as well as sofa and seating area. Presentation was really nice. Staff were friendly and the location is good. Not far from the station and also not far into town. We had breakfast on the top floor with great views out to the mountains on both sides. There were really nice local specialities and a good wide spread. All was super smooth here. It was a fantastic stay and excellent value for money!

Nothing was bad.

We came with a car so the car park right in the building was very convenient. It is also a short walk from the main station and has many convenience stores and restaurants around. The room was really big compared to most other hotels we have been to.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair in somme places, the tiolet had stains, probably due old age, and there were socks of someone who stayed in the room before.

Great location close to the train station (about a 10 minute walk). Also located near tons of restaurants, a short walk away from a shopping center and an arcade. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and a good size for the price. Really enjoyed our stay!

Easy to locate, within walking distance of a lot of places, helpful staff (especially with English), assortment of amenities & in-hotel facilities.

The only thing that was a slight downside was very firm beds & pillows.

The hotel is very well situated at one end of the restaurant strip in Morioka. The west facing rooms have beautiful views of the snow covered mountains in winter. It is a one hour’s drive, or less, to at least five of Iwate prefecture’s ski resorts.
