Good size and functional but sofa bed uncomfortable metal frame and my son cut his leg with it as mattress wasn’t covering it fully

Low level of English and repeated attractions over my stay.Bit boring for kids re play area as more for under 4 years old in my opinion.I didn’t like kids disco next to smoking area.Also notice where u got things included or u pay for international breakfast staff wasn’t friendly or polite,also when had a complaint to make about rude security service came across very immature reception management and def not on 5* level attitude.Over all place is amazing and got a lot of potential but ppl working there clearly are not passionate and don’t like their job much.there was few super nice ppl working there but not many,so I think a lot of training is required…..

Great breakfast, so much choice and nice coffee. The pool area was wonderful especially the salt pool on the terrace. The cafe and beach bar with deck chairs was fabulous and very nice fries. Friendly, helpful staff.

The bathroom fan wasn't very fast at getting the steam out making the floor very slippery.

The aqua park of the hotel is fantastic: on lower level there are a couple of large pools, multiple styles saunas and several whirlpools. On the quiet zone second level there is large brine pool with outdoor area. Spa is great as well, it has a saline room and we all got massages. Hotel has two restaurants, one buffet and one a la carte, both outstanding.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Lubicz hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Our kids loved activities and the swimming pool. High-quality rooms and high-quality service. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Ustka.

Paid parking during weekends can be frustrating (maybe there should be a parking discount for guests that must park on a grass or sidewalks)

Booked the room with view , which was non-existing, facing other rooms, Hotel location is far from the beach, in the middle of an ugly part of this little town. Parking is extremally crowded, undersized for the volume of guests. Room service is often owerwhelmed and cant deliver food within reasonable time limit.

The hotel has a nice spa, with different swimming pools, jacuzzi, and sauna. They offer massages of various types too. We also enjoyed the food of the restaurant. The staff is very kind and the room was clean.

It was a beautiful hotel and a great place to start/end every day

all was perfect!!!!! room,facilities,amazing brakefast,and dinner,amazing stuff,!! perfect spot not far from the old city and the beach,all of the stuff speaks anglish and easy to communicate,-perfect stay!!

the only thing that we had an issue with was the noise of the machines on the roof ,we stayed on the 4th floor and the , noise of the air-condition machines on the roof was to noisy.

That at the reception nobody checked the COVID passport. Extra parking payment. Not many parking spots.

Everything, it was absolutely great 😃 👍 nothing to complain
