Good Hotel, But Disappointed by Reception Service The hotel itself was good and overall comfortable, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. I especially want to mention my experience at the reception: the lady at the front desk was not friendly — when I asked for information, she responded in a rather arrogant and unhelpful way, which left a bad impression. On the other hand, the gentleman at reception was kind and helpful, and I appreciate his assistance. The hotel has potential, but better customer service at the front desk would really improve the experience.

This is not the kind hotel you book for a romantic night in Paris. That doesn’t make this a bad hotel! Just to be sure you have the right expectation. Huge parking place. Clean rooms. Decent bed. Great lady at the lobby who made me feel welcome with her friendly smile and small talk. You won’t be able to see the Eiffel tower from your room, but I am sure there is a bus or so that will take you there.

It was exactly as specified. The room was OK with the advertised amenities It was quite except for the road construction going on nearby. Television was good Location was good It's good value for money

The breakfast finished fast. The fruitsalad was old and stale The air-conditioning unit only for 1 or 2 mins before going off when Set to cold The bathroom ventilation doesn't work

I experienced confusion at checkout because some cash payments and my parking use were not recorded. This resulted in an unnecessary back-and-forth with the reception staff. That said, I really appreciated the receptionist's great sense of humour.

Secure Peking on site. Very good! Gates are locked and accessible via intercom. If you’re planning to park your car it’s great as not much parking around. Alls a great patisserie in front on it.

Bit tight. Not that close to metro stations.

Clean room. Big window and fairly spacious. Close to restaurants. Easy quick check in.

Bathroom sinks didn’t work properly, the water took a few minutes to drain. Far from main town.

better space for familly room, 2 single beds and one double. secure car park, cost extra but reasonable priced. good location with 15min walk to the closest metro station

room would require refreshing, bathroom was not very big/ tight for familly.

The staff are very nice. Water pressure is good. It is a 2 star hotel. You get what you pay for.

There's particular smell in the lobby. Not sure what it is.

Location is bit far away from central Paris and most closest public transport is 1,5 km

I liked the wifi coneection and the preppyness of the bathroom.

The material of the bed matrass. And the window was durty.
