The location is strategic for driving around Domodossola, although it is quite unfriendly for walking. The breakfast was ok, the room was spacious, everything was clean and the staff was really great.

The bed felt quite old and consisted of two single beds joined together, which was not great. The room could use some renovating. There were not many convenient ways to hang the towels.

We were passing by and look for accommodation just to spend the night. The staff is really nice and helpful, room and bathroom is and they offer great breakfast. This was really nice start of our journey.

The location was pretty good, not so far from the town. The hotel has parking.

The address given is not accurate so it took me time to find it, but after all it was a good stay.

The Staff were exceptional soon as we stepped in the door. The evening meal was beautiful good service. You got the feeling they wanted to be there working. Room was clean etc

Very clean & well staffed front office. It is located a bit away from the center of town but still walkable if u don’t mind busy Highway-type streets.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh and very large buffet. Good service. Highlight is the lobby area at the side; it's a recreation room with mountain views and huge comfy sofas in a light, quiet space.

Lovely hotel a short distance from the centre. Very warm and comfortable room as it was early November when I stayed and the heating was welcome as the first snows of winter fell overnight.

Generous breakfast and very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are fully air-conditioned. Good base location to explore the area. Fully recommend staying here.

The furniture in the rooms is a little old needs some renovation.
