The authenticity at this location can’t be beat! The road up the hill can be scary! It’s one lane and barely that in some places. When we reached the top of the hill we were greeted by the cutest older Italian lady. She spoke NO English (& we speak no Italian) other than to point at a little piece of paper and say WiFi-it wasn’t the correct info-but somehow we worked it all out. Our room was so cute. There were a few ‘modern’ touches without losing its character. I’m sure with clearer weather the view would have been fantastic! Our weather the night we were there was rainy and foggy with very little moonlight. We second-guess ourselves more than once, as to the decision to go into town for a bite to eat! I’m not sure how we did it, but we managed to get up and down and back up and down the hill without meeting a car coming in the opposite direction any of the times. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but took care of our needs. If you like a little adventure, this is a great place to start!

Our room is small and was fine for one night but might’ve been a little bit too close for a longer stay.

Absolutely astounding experience. Beautiful view of the small city and the mountains around. The house is gorgeous, very traditional on the outside, and very modern and well-designed on the inside. Very pleasant, hospitable, friendly, and helpful hosts, but speak no English (use translator!). Gorgeous dining room and a very tasty breakfast. We stayed for two nights to visit the Alps from the Italian side (Alpe Devero) and the Swiss side (Eggishorn). That was the best countryside experience we've ever had! The road from the city which goes for about 1500 meters is somewhat dangerous, narrow with no fence. Be careful, especially in rain. Call the host to meet you and show you the parking if you arrive at night time.

The place is perfect if you are looking for a getaway from the city. Its up on a mountain with nothing else around. The view is breathtaking. Free wine!

No AC but since you're up on a mountain, the temeprature at night is manageable with a fan.

super comfy room in beautiful building with nice mountain/vineyard surroundings. Rita & Roberta are lovely people and made me feel very welcome. The terrace with comfy lounge chairs a big plus! oh and breakfast was the best I’ve had in Italy. I was a single traveller without car. i love to walk and be a bit more uphill. but for those who dont like to walk, a car is necessary. taxidrive from domodossola center approx 12 min and 18 euro.

Beautiful old house that was renovated to a perfection with a beautiful wiev. Very clean. Unfortunately, with me speaking very bad Italian (only basic communication) it was very hard to communicate but that FOR SURE does not affect the relaxing stay.

I would change nothing just make sure that future guests are aware of the dining area.

The Owners were amazing, and the structure and location of the house was excellent!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Nice modern room and a very friendly hostess. Good breakfast with nice selection and fresh croissants, fruits etc. The view is splendid.

Be prepared for the very steep road uphill the last few kilometers. But when you have tried it once, next time it’s okay. It’s absolutely worth it.

the B&B is in an old typical house above the town, which they renovated with taste and it’s beautiful and very comfortable and cozy. the view over the valley is also beautiful

Beautiful location and beautiful property. The room was cosy with a lovely view and we loved our stay, despite the rainy weather. Breakfast and service was wonderful.

A lovely place in the middle of nature. The apartments have been renovated with a cozy and sobriety style. Very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful. Spectacular view of the Domodossola valley.
