The room was beautiful, comfortable, cool, had room danke ing window coverings, huge bathroom, walk-in shower was huge, and magnificent. The breakfast was amazing. Hot food, eggs, bacon, all kinds of bread and cookies, cakes, pastries. It was amazing! The staff was friendly, responsive, and wonderful. Room was super clean!

There wasn't anything I did not like.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Right in the centre of town with plenty of off street parking immediately behind the hotel. Spacious room in the roof, clean modern bathroom with a multitude of towels. A/c was working well very important given it was 38° on arrival and we’d driven 16hrs. Breakfast was very good. Help yourself 500ml bottles of water in reception. It was my daughters birthday the morning we woke there. Matteo had sourced an English “Happy Birthday” banner and decorated a booth with balloons. It was very kind of them and they wouldn’t accept any € for the inconvenience. There was a restaurant which we would have used had my kids not wanted a dirty burger from the street market in main square. I surprising gem after a very long journey!!

The room was clean and met our expectation, it looked like in the pictures and was decently large, enough for us to put our portable baby bed in it, but don't expect more than the lower-end pictures show. Good air conditioning.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. The breakfast was mediocre.

Free on-site parking. Convenient for main route on our journey. The room was of a good size with a well equipped bathroom. Very quiet, no noise from outside or other rooms. Good breakfast buffet and coffee.

Hotels restaurant was not open, and there were no few dining options available within walking distance.

It was spotlessly clean and the family room was spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was good - a range of things including cereal, toast, cakes, croissants, butter, jam, eggs, bacon. There was free parking.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and wonderfully designed room, comfortable beds. Family room had 4 beds - sleeping in a proper bed and not on a pullout sofa was a treat for my kids! Free and fenced parking, EV charger

Loved everything! Might be nice to have non-pork meats for breakfast.

We visited this hotel on while traveling from Switzerland to the Lago Maggiore. We appreciated the late check-in possibility and the friendly staff. Upon arrival we got an unexpected room upgrade to a room with a large, luxurious bathroom. The room was very very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The staff were lovely and very comprehensive. We needed to do a late check-in, and they had arranged everything fos us make it as easy as possible. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh and many options.

The Breakfast was exceptionally good, a great array of all types of unlimited food and drinks.

Villadossola is not the nicest location, more industrial than other areas.

Clean, easy parking, comfortable beds and renovated room, big space good for families. Good breakfast.
