Staff were really friendly and helpful, we could leave our bags before and after. Location was really central and also near the station. Would come back if I was in the area.

The room was very hot (but it was a particularly hot period), we got the bottom floor so it was quite loud with people coming and going. It was a Saturday so it was loud until around midnight. Not the hotels fault.

The town-centre location was perfect for us to see the town and enjoy the central plaza. We had an upgraded room. The underground garage was very handy. We arrived on Sunday and the member of staff was on site to show us the garage and our room. A local bakery is round the corner, handy for bread croissants. An excellent restaurant is also close: the "Alternative Bistrot" Via Briona N.22 - superb food reasonably priced.

You need food for a self-catering stay, of course, and the nearest supermarket is a 6-minute walk away, by the main station, we didn't find a general food-store nearby. The cooking facilities in the apartment are pretty basic.

Lovely recently restored hotel in the centre of town. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was peaceful. It is a modern hotel in terms of its interior. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space though they aren’t massive. The location is perfect - in the very centre of Domodossola, about a one minute walk from the beautiful piazza (probably the most atmospheric and appealing piazza we have ever come across in Italy). Make sure you visit the vegan restaurant Sali & Pistacch - amazing foot and wine there. There is parking in a secure underground garage at an additional cost of €10 per night. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy and feels very classy.

We didn’t attempt to cook whilst there as there are so many fantastic restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel; however, if we had tried to do so I think the kitchen was perhaps a bit small. There is no oven - just a microwave and a twin induction hob. Probably fine for quick pasta dishes but nothing much more than that I would say. We knew this before we booked so wasn’t a negative for us - we always planned to eat out anyway.

Extremely clean, modern and quiet place to stay, very comfortable and exactly what we needed!

It isn't an easy property to find and upon arrival there was a pin but it didn't give us access to the main building so we had to call reception. The receptionist didn't seem to care too much about helping us, we asked about parking and we weren't offered the onsite carpark. We asked the next day and a different much friendlier receptionist helped us with the parking and how to use the garage.

Great loxation just by the squre and 5 min from train station. The building is nicly renovated. The room itself is not big but was designed with thought so it feels spacious. In the kitchen nice dishes and everything you need. Super clean! It felt as if we were the first guests.

I would only add better instructions how to find the entrance

Very central location, perfectly cleaned room with a small kitchen. Quiet and in the heart of the city, it's still reachable by car (if you are registered to the parking).

The place was great, but....the directions and access by car was a nightmare! If only it was explained better that is is situated in a PEDESTRIAN area and not accessible by car, it would of made things so much easier as my satnav kept sending me in a no go area!! Then I found out I could of paid and parked in the building after all, as it happened I had to wake up at 7am to feed a car park meter!! NOT Happy!

The lady not meeting us and letting me walk around asking locals where the place was! Plus it was pouring down with rain and had to carry all my luggage from a remote car park after a very long and strenuous drive from Macon France!

Very clean and new, warm, spacious, comfortable room, very good central location. Comfortable bed, kitchen had all necessary items, bathroom was new and very clean. Easy access. Definitely want to stay again!

Everything was good, maybe just coffee mocca pot can be replaced with new one, it was bit burnt, so hesitated to use it, but was ok. Can hear the main door being closed by louder guests but otherwise nice and quiet.

Our stay in the quaint village of Domodossola was wonderful. The village was alive with the polenta festival when we arrived with so much fun spilling into the otherwise quiet and peaceful area. The location for Domus Residence was perfect and the customer service was kind. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable--and the price was unbeatable. Great location for exploring further into Verbano-Cusio-Ossola.

Modern, well designed and appointed room with lovely bedding and mini fridge. Lovely bathroom and shower. Welcome bottles of water and fruit in the room. Ease of access to beautiful Domodossola. Third stay and will always come back.
