The location is excellent. It was easy to find and the instructions were sent on time.

The facilities inside the house were good, but you can see that it wasn't thought carefully, there weren't enough trash cans and there wasn't a dish rack to let the dishes dry. At the beginning was a smell a little bit weird and I had the impression as if the things were not fully clean.

I was not able to use the frying pan - it was clean but it seams like it has been used very intensely. Since that time I travel with my own pan. I know that property can do nothing with that.

very convenient reservation system But if you know how to do it. it's easy to register online, get an access code and get into the accommodation, but first you have to find it, and that's a separate story. very nice apartments, stylish and comfortable, spacious and clean, have everything you need to stay overnight or stay there for a few days.

it is unrealistic to find accommodation the first time, especially if in this city for the first time, it is very, very difficult. secondly, the nearby parking lot is paid and the exit from it is not obvious. And it is not at all obvious how to get to the apartment from it in. on the other hand - on the day of moving in, it rained heavily and my family and I almost drowned on the way to the apartment, there was a lot of water on the floor.

Well furnished apartments. They have all necessary equipment. Coffee machine. Clean. We had some difficulties for self check in, but their call center helped and solved very quickly.

Sofa bed was extremly uncomfortable. The place is directly in the City Center. This can be a good thing, but we stayed there in Easter Holiday, so everywhere is closed. No free parking around.

The hotel is located in a good location, there was a balcony and a nice view. Everything was clean and tidy, the host responded fast and was helpful.

Car parking was difficult. There are no free parking spaces anywhere nearby. After searching for a bit, we ended up parking in the underground parking garage "Tiefgarage Rathaus".

Very good localization. Two spearate rooms. Close to shops , galleries. You can get to Autostadt, train station on foot - 15 mins walk. Aprtment localted vis as vis to underground car parking (reasonable fee for the whole day parking). Nice gifts were waiting for us.

Hard to find the door in the midle of the night when you are there first time. I recommend to provide a skecth how to get to the house and probably picture of the building entrance door - we passed them twice :( - but it was 0100AM. I did not like smell of cigaretes. There was no possiblity to have twin beds in the bedroom.

It's like coming home even though you're not at home. The flat is very well furnished and there's everything you need. Also there's a small guest gift which was a very nice gesture

It would be good to have some information for where to throw away the trash, because for a longer stay you will automatically fill up the one that is provided.

The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near restaurants, and tourist attractions making it easy to explore the area. Despite being so central, the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, allowing for restful nights after a day of sightseeing.

Everything was pretty ean and wholesome there is nothing to complain about. However the lack of oven was our little concern

It was difficult to find. We ened up driving illegally in the pedestrian area! Instructions not clear. Received instructions on how to get into the building and apt AFTER we left home. Not being technically savvy, I never saw those instructions! It was a challenge figuring out how to get in.
