I especially like the family suite, it's a connected 2-room which suits a family. Adding of extra beds including breakfast is allowed, so this is really helpful. Other nearby hotels do not offer connected rooms.

There were only one restaurant with limited menu. Swimming pool wasn't clean. Room wasn't clean to my expectations, I can still see hairs in the corners. One of the bin smells bad, possibly rotten food stains from previous guest, I had to ask for a change.

The staffs are really helpful and friendly during our stay. Upon arrival, we were guided to our room by a young staff because it is not easy to find your room. We wanted to tip him but unfortunately, we did not have Baht. When checking out, we wanted to give him a small token of appreciation but we didn't see him around. Overall, we really appreciate the kindness & warm hospitality of all hotel staffs. I see that most tourists who visited this hotel hardly left any tips, would be great if the hotel management would allocate a part of the room charges as tip for the staffs since the rates of this hotel is not cheap.

From photos, the hotel looks a lot bigger and grander. So, we were taken a back upon arrival seeing how small the front reception was. The hotel is an older hotel, a bit dated but still clean and well maintained.

Room was spacious and comfortable! The view was excellent! Chose it because it was the only hotel in Cameron Highlands that had AC, location was good and accessible to one of the main areas in CH, but for the rest of CH, a car is definitely necessary.

Hospitality could improve. While the staff were nice, I did have a strange experience that never in the many hotels I’ve stayed at had, we asked for an extra bed in the room to accommodate a third person which was done and paid for. In the late evening, I was questioned about asking for a third cup and a water bottle as the third person, due to a mix up with housekeeping, to the extent I had to tell the person on the phone they are welcome to come check for themselves. It was completely unnecessary, it’s water & a cup at the end of the day, but tainted our impression of the hotel.

The hotel is pretty much brand new so everything is in mint condition, and the room is well designed, spacious with sample storage. The location is great, a bit removed from the main road which made road noise less intrusive, but just a quick stroll to the center of Tanah Rata town where there are many restaurants and shops as well as the hiking trails and Tan's Camelia Garden. Nice view from the room, if you're lucky enough to have one on the front side.

The taste and quality of the breakfast food was poor. Wi-fi often disconnects and requires logging in again. Partially developed bare earth immediately next to the hotel building is an eyesore. Soundproofing could be better.

Location was beautiful and walking distance to nearby cafes and very close to popular attractions, breakfast was adequate. Room and bathroom was spacious too and very comfortable, and the balcony was very breezy

Breakfast was good, but could be different everyday I might add, its almost the same everyday with slight changes, and coffee machine spewed out very bad coffee, could be fixed Wifi keeps logging out, very annoying Better to keep a warning for the people regarding the insects from the balcony that might enter the room in the evening if they leave it open

overall cleanliness of the Hotel, Hotel environment, helpful staff, location of the hotel and the room I got on higher floor upon request that met my expectation.

First day when room make-up was done, the bedsheet and the vacuum was not done. May be the staff would have forgotten to do that but after giving feedback to the hotel management, it was taken care very well after that. Breakfast - Could have been better. Not too much of options for foreigners. Mostly RICE and Curry options which not everyone would prefer to take in the morning. So after 2 days I decided to take my breakfast at the restaurants located nearby the hotel.

New, clean, very spacious hotel and rooms. It's very luxurious. The parking was very user friendly. The hotel was very clean.

During our stay, the toilet began leaking—apparently knocked loose by the cleaning staff—and, since it went unnoticed for some time, no one was available to repair it. On our final night, we had to stand in water just to use the bathroom. The hotel doesn’t serve alcohol, and the common areas felt sparse, with little on our floor to fill the space. There’s no spa or massage service available.

What I love about Zenith Cameron Highlands is the convenient location—everything from popular eateries to viral spots is just a short walk away. Plus, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. During our stay, the options were mostly the same each day, which made the selection feel limited. That said, the food tasted good overall—just a bit more variety would make it even better.

My primary concern is its pricing.
