Stunning location, perched on the hillside beneath the old castle overlooking the beautiful bay below, Livani side not port side. Kilindra Studios is one of the best choices of accommodation we made in our journey of 8 weeks. Our room was overlooking the pool and the awesome view. The pool itself is picture perfect, nice and deep for swimming and with deck chairs to enjoy the sun and the gorgeous views. Selana is an excellent host, we ordered the breakfast one morning and it was served at one of the tables beside the pool. Delicious fresh food and plenty of it, I would highly recommend trying it at least once during your stay, to eat breakfast in paradise is a real treat. The room is comfortable and well equipped with a comfy bed and is really quiet at night. All in all, we loved our stay here, the island is gorgeous and Kilindra Studios was an excellent choice of places to stay, we hope to come again one day.

Nothing much to dislike, the mezzanine bedroom is a little annoying as the ceiling is low… but not really a big deal as the bed is comfy and you just get used to it

From the moment we arrived at Studios Kilindra we were made to feel so welcome. Selana (the manager) was so incredibly kind and generous with her time and knowledge of Astypalea. She is also such a hard worker and the accommodation deserves every success. The view from Studios Kilindra is breathtaking and location is an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and port. The accommodation is very comfortable and our room opened to the pool which was much appreciated in the heat of summer. I would not hesitate in recommending Studios Kilindra! Kilindra Studios was one of our highlights in our trip to Astypalaia island! Excellent location (2 minutes from the Center of the Chora), amazing room, incredible view to the sea. Also, while there was much wind in the island, the location of Kilindra is not affected at all, which makes it a great choice! The truly unique pillar of this studios are Selana and Yiannis, the two amazing people who run this place and make you feel like home! Their hospitality was unique (even for the high Greek standards) and we feel that we make two great friends there! We would definitely love to come back to the island and stay in Kilindra Studios, where you will also meet Mario’s, the livery dog of Kilindra!!

Nothing, everything was exceptional!

Location is stunning, uninterrupted views over the Aegean and walking distance to restaurants and bars in the Chora. Beautiful tranquil pool area, with shaded seating areas to just relax and enjoy the view. Rooms are tastefully furnished, beds are very comfy with quality linen and pillows. The couple running the Hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The only thing,I didn't like to be honest, is the booklet of the fines and policies , apart from that everything was great and I would definitely recommend it ..

The location is brilliant - a few mins walk to the main street with cafes, restaurants and shops. View over the ocean is beautiful and the little cove below for swimming is worth the trek. The property itself is beautifully presented, maintained and perfectly clean. Solana, the Manager is an absolute gem, goes out of her way to help and offers exceptional hospitality.

The management was exquisite and very supportive!! They gave advises on where to go and helped out to to book our boat trip and to liaise with the car rental company. The view from our balcony was amazing, during sunset time you can order wine with local snacks!

Very spacious room, rustic style. Bathroom very modern. Owner Mr Yiannis was extremely hospitable and kind and so was his fluffy dog Marcos! The view from the room was amazing! Location very convenient. Very quite. Room was done every day. We had a great vacation and we would definitely come back.
