The location is excellent and the room was very well organized. The hotel doesn’t offer 24-hour service, but they do provide access to another reception in case of any issues. You receive a PIN in advance to access both the hotel and the room. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options.

There was no information about breakfast times in the room, so we followed what was stated on Booking.com (until 10 a.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. on weekends). We arrived during the night and slept in a bit, going down for breakfast at 10 a.m., as Booking said it was available until 11. By then, they had already started clearing things up, but the staff was very understanding and kindly let us take some food and eat while they finished tidying up the restaurant area. Suggestion: it would be helpful to have the breakfast information available inside the room.

All in all it was exceptional, the room was very clean, air conditioning was working great as well as the WiFi, the room itself was big and the bed was big and comfortable also the bed was beautiful. Much storage space as well as a safe. There was a small refrigerator in the room and two glasses. There was a big desk where you can work and more cupboards. The balcony was spacious with a nice table, two comfortable chairs and an ashtray ✨🌙 The staff surprised us with a handwritten note on the bed and beautiful chocolates from a very famous Spanish chocolatier. They were delicious. The bathroom had a BD and a bathtub, it was very nice, clean, spacious and beautiful. It had a big mirror and good lighting. We had shampoos and soap and toothbrushes with toothpaste and something else. At the reception we were welcomed with n a very professional and friendly way and were given some vouchers for different activities in Tossa which was also very cool. We did not eat the breakfast, but heard that it’s very good. The hotel has two spacious and fast elevators. Best price value in Tossa. The location is the best, right downstairs you have all the nice cafes and shops and supermarket etc.

There is no pool, but you don’t really need it because you are like 7 walking minutes away from the beach (and I walk slow).

Nice private balcony, spacious room and very clean. Lovely spa bath, good quality towels and dressing robes.

Location was great. Large supermarket across the road. Large bathroom with powerful hot shower, soft clean towels and toothbrush/shower gel amenities. Large comfy bed with big pillows. Private balcony with chairs and a table.

Bar staff were a bit awkward when asked to provide a glass of ice for the room. Normally in a 4* hotel this would t be a big problem.

€18 extra per night for bringing a small dog is excessive. Hard to find parking space ( unless you pay to park in a private car park which is €12 a day). This along with the extra payment for bringing our dog makes a good value for money hotel a bit overpriced

Location is very good but there are better option in the same location.

Parking was very expensive 28 euros in an open space with no cover. For 12.50 euros you an park very near the hotel. The hotel lifts were very noisy and if your room is near the lifts you going to hear noisy until the last client goes to sleep.

the staff are super friendly and helpful. we felt that every time we need some recommendation they did extra effort to help us to find the best way to make we feel welcome and comfortable . the hotel is just in the town so you can walk less than 10minutes and you will be in the beach! if you want shopping, just next door you will find a supermarket and a lot of other shoppings.

although the hotel have a pool, the pool is locate in the other address that was the only negative side otherwise there is nothing that I can complain about it.
