Nice small hotel, staff very friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was nice enough, cold meats, cheeses & breads plus hot scrambled eggs & streaky bacon.

Room was very hot, even with the radiators off and the windows open all the time. Made for unsettled nights sleep on most nights. Also distance from the Centre of Bergisch Gladbach is a bit far. There is a bus stop across the road which takes you into town in about 15mins, but walking takes at least 30mins. Not so bad if you're younger, but if you're travelling with older people, you'd need the bus which is only €3 for a single journey or a taxi which is about €14 to the train station.

Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant area is lovely especially the garden terrace and the rooms were clean, comfortable and secure.

We had a comfort room which was very nice. No noise disturbance and very comfortable beds. There was a good choice for breakfast and the restaurant was warm and welcoming.

The step into the bath to have a shower is very high. The bathroom would benefit of having a walk in shower rather than a bath. There was no proper shower gel, just some branded liquid hand soap.

I like the spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was very well served and clean. Nice and friendly staff. Parking in front of the building and next to the buiding.

Rooms where very warm. price vs. value for money has a big gap. prices are up due to fair in Cologne. when checking in we changed from 2 single and 1 double room to 4 single rooms. the concierge told it could be done quite easy, but when checking out it was overpriced.

On Booking.com it says they have a resturant but it was closed
