Nice area, breakfast was very convenient, nice rooms with toaster, coffee machine , microwave and a fridge with snacks and things for breakfast ( don’t have to pay extra to eat or drink anything inside !)

I ran out of hot water after 4-5 minutes in the shower

Breakfast at present is provided in your room, but staff couldn’t be more helpful stocking you food every day. Microwave toaster and cofffe machine all provided.

Message on how to enter property etc sent a bit late but answered my phone call and all was sorted

Very big comfortable bed. Quiet location Large clean room with MW, fridge, toaster, coffee machine (although would have preferred a kettle).

No one on site to talk to, although I did eventually speak to someone by phone. No lobby or reception.

The location of this hotel was within a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel had ample unsecured parking to the rear of the building. Friendly helpful staff, and the hotel was value for money. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

No menu provided for dinner, so you got whatever they decide to bring out.

Convenient location for visiting Murat and the area. Good sound insulation. Private parking.

Pleasant staff but often not available. Confusing self check-in process. Breakfast was pre-prepared in a mini-fridge in the room - not a big fan of this solution. Quite expensive for the region.

Hotal and room where easy to acces very late at night. Very clean room and good beds.

Price is to high for this hotel in my opinion, Breakfast is just soms bread already in the refrigerator with some jam. Bread was awefull, koffie was ok.

Lovely little town that was very quiet the night we stayed. Beautiful countryside around the area, the hotel was small but clean with friendly staff.

Location was perfect.

Did not receive promised information. (not sure what the info pack would have contained) Also foreigners might not have a European call coverage (if they only use data) Hotel was not manned and telephonic contact was required to check in. Could not operate lift as access code was required. Had to carry suitcase two flights up. Clearly had different expectations. Overall not bad, but don't expect a warm smile greeting you. And if it happens to rain, you get drenched while figuring out how to get in..
