We went to the Ferris State football game. It is reason why the world hates michagin. First we had to pay $25 each to get in. It is $6 in our place. second Ferris state had over nine personal fouls. Dirty team. Three the announcer wouldn't even call Ashlands players names, only the home teams names. Not to mention $6 dollars for a bottle of water and then ran out before half time. They gave away door prizes during the game bit not on visitor was given a chance to buy a ticket.

The breakfast selection was excellent. Sierra at the hotel desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to fix the reservation my cousins family had. She should be commended by management for that

I don’t know if it was fluke or something but end unit, farthest from the front, that my parents were in had an issue with the hot shower water running out quickly.

Clean, comfortable, modern look, it's the classic hotel experience. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

My bathroom fan was broken. The shower had a loose wash towel rack which I grabbed and almost fell on my butt. Maintenance said the shower units are due to be replaced soon, declined to fix. Only one elevator is working.

Location and staff were very friendly. Good place for just traveling thru. Did have an outside patio to go to for us to drink and smoke.

Not as close as I wanted to be for the location Pool was not working well and the hot tub was not working at all.

It was clean and had a nice large pool area for all the parents to hang out while the kids swam.

Definitely a little dated in the rooms but everything was clean.

The staff are very friendly here. My room was nice. The breakfast was good.

The hot tub is not working properly, could not get towels for the pool. I went to the front desk, and they never brought any to the pool area.

Needs some updating. Lots of furniture scuffs, wall markings, stains on the curtains.

Staff was friendly and happy to help, breakfast was amazing and the pool/hot tub was our go to for sure!
