The property is ideally located near to the square with the beach, marina and castle in walking distance (beware that Scilla is hilly if you struggle with mobility). Peppe is a great host, he did everything he could to make sure we had the best time, including staying up until 1am to check us in! He also recommended boat trips, restaurants and beach bars. The breakfast is a voucher for a cafe that has gear views over Scilla which was a really nice touch, means you are up and out in the morning, you get coffee and pastry. The room is well equipped, shower is hot and powerful, good aircon there is a fridge and freezer in the shared kitchen and we didn’t hear any noise. Really really lovely place to visit.

There is no wifi- I didn’t mind but could be a problem for some. And the balcony is small so it doesn’t have table and chairs- this seemed to be typical of properties in Scilla.

Helpful, efficient host (required fairly accurate arrival time), modern comfortable bedroom and bathroom, small terrace with clothes line, breakfast (voucher) at cafe close to the upper piazza overlooking the beach/sea. There is a particularly lovely area of Scilla to walk around - along the fishermen’s beach side, around the fortress away from the main swimming beach.

I didn’t realise how steep it was to get to the property walking from the train station. Lots of stairs. My mobile Google maps also struggled with finding the steps/path going up. I also didn’t realise there was a lift (1 euro) at the end of the main swimming beach which goes up to the upper piazza and then only a short, fairly flat walk to the B&B. Maybe this info could be noted in ‘directions’. Maybe advice about taxis, as well.

Amazing location next to the elevator to the beach. The breakfast was in a very nice bar next to the facility. The staff very attentive and helped us in lifting the luggage to the right floor. At the same time we arrived very early (around 8AM) and the staff allowed us to keep the luggage in the ground floor until the room was ready. I’ve loved everything about this facility.

Just consider that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow, but for us it has not been a big issue anyway.

Small room, but comfortable enough for a rest. We were happy to be able to park our car nearby. Restaurants are nearby as well as the beach and the historic center. The host was helpful, met us and showed us the apartment. Traditional Italian breakfast at a nearby café. We were very satisfied with everything.

Something that caught our eye was how respectful the owner was! He gave us multiple suggestions whilst also helping us out for planning the rest of our days. The appartment itself was VERY clean, central to everything + neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend this stay for anyone who's planning to visit Scilla.

On the top floor and had nice views of the sea above the roof tops. Close to restaurants and shops. Walk down to beach or catch the beach lift. Shared kitchen.

The stairs up to the 3rd level apartment are narrow and steep. Hard to carry a suitcase up. Shared kitchen a bit lacking in crockery and cups.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to the central square of the upper town of Scilla. Very quiet small street. There is a kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first and second floor. Each bedroom with the bathroom. Big comfortable beds and window with the balcony.

The property was a little difficult to find, Google maps put us wrong.

Nice views of the sea, conveniently located at the top of the town. Very nice staff! Cute cafe downstairs with a beautiful view of Scilla.
