Great service from the staff, who did as much as they could to help us out. We arrived late evening, however the address on booking.com is incorrect, so there were some issues with checking in, which wasn’t ideal after a long day. Then our rooms air con didn’t work (height of summer booking, so this was essential for us)… however, the staff were helpful and friendly, and moved us to a different room. Unfortunately this other room wasn’t as nice as the one we booked. We had private parking for our motorbike which was a huge plus for us. All in, get service, just a couple of things that stop it from being a 5 star review.

Wrong address on Booking.com making finding the property difficult. Air con didn’t work. Room we were moved to for working air con wasn’t as nice as the one we booked (much smaller bathroom, no bath, less spacious room) and no partial refund offered.

We were a group of 10 cyclists in 9 rooms. The rooms were spacious and generally well equipped. There was a secure garage to store our bikes overnight. A good option for touring cyclists

Maybe we were unlucky but the room I was allocated, the toilet did not work and there were no spare electrical sockets for the kettle or charging phones etc. A replacement room was much better but the bathroom lights were flickering. The spa bath in one of the rooms was not working and the air conditioning in another room was not working. The one staff on duty was a bit overwhelmed - but it was a Sunday!

Very central location with car park a short walk away. Good size room with air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet in hotel. Coffee and kettle in room and a fridge. Good selection of restaurants, cafes & takeaways within walking distance.

We didn't have breakfast at hotel as we thought it was expensive.

Charming hotel very close to the center of Givet. The hotel has a really characteristic design, making the experience really difficult to forget. Staff was friendly and room really spacious

Giver is a lovely little town and the hotel is located a few meters from the centre and a 3 minute walk from the river and some lovely restaurants.

Our room was larger than expected but located in a building on the other side of the road from the main reception and breakfast room, not great if it is raining.

Good location with convenient and secure parking. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was as described and as the photo's. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated in the warm weather. Both people on reception that checked us in were friendly and helpful. The furnishings are dated but for the cost it really doesn't matter.

The room was very clean. The breakfast area was very attractive and there was a nice area to sit in the lobby. They had a large garage for our bicycles. There were two young women on staff who were extremely helpful, kind and friendly.

Les Reflets Jaunes is a small, unpretentious hotel in a small, unpretentious town, and we enjoyed a good stay. It was clean and comfortable, and there were good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Pre-stay communications were poor. We needed information about parking (which is actually pretty good) but our messages went unanswered.

The rooms were very clean with a nice spacious bathroom.The check in was ready and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the centre so finding places to eat was easy. They also have a locked car park near by so we could leave our motorbikes securely overnight. Overall it is good value for money.

Nothing to dislike

Pleasant room. Good breakfast. Secure bike storage. Restaurants nearby for dinner. Supermarket nearby for supplies. Good location for bike path.
