This was the tale of two stays. We stayed one night going and one night coming from California. The bed was comfortable both stays. The shower on the first stay was great. The staff during the first stay was awesome and very friendly.

On the second stay, the staff was not as friendly or helpful. When we left the first stay, we asked the manager if we could request the top floor on the return stay. She said yes and would log the request into the system. On the return, the girl at the counter said there were no rooms available up there and that the note wasn't in the system, even though we stood there and watched the manager put it in just days before. The shower on the second stay was not as good. Weak shower head.

We were on a summer road trip through NV and wanted a clean comfortable and well air conditioned room. There are lots of hotels available on main historic street at a lower price, but if you want a higher level of accommodation, drive the extra distance to this Fairfield Inn. Large spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fantastic staff and great breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center, but they both looked great.

People and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

Although the suite was large and roomy, the furniture was stark and cold feeling. No closet space, only a few drawers to put clothes away. Bathroom was large but there was literally no counter space. Bathroom Door was very heavy and we felt that it opened the wrong way making it difficult, in the middle of the night, to access it. Ok for one night, not for extended visit.

The location was great. We had access to the freeway and it was close to town and golfing. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was great. Loved the blackout drapes!

The sound of the shower was loud if you were in bed. It would have been nice if the bathroom door would have stayed open. It would also have been nice if a bottle of wine could be placed upright in the fridge.

Friendly and professional greeting from staff when we arrived. The location of the hotel and that it was quiet.

I felt the double queen room was a little overpriced for the size of the room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

A lot of us want to get on the the road pretty early. Could you push breakfast back to 6: 00 am or 6:30 am? This would be a BIG help. At least get the coffee going and put some cold breakfast out.

Breakfast needs to be better. Toaster did not toast. Main offerings were a bit weak and bland. There was plenty of extra counter space. How about a waffle machine, or crispy bacon and more tasty eggs?

Good location. Isolated from outside noise. Good breakfast choices.

Broken reading light on headboard, with exposed wiring! The A/C unit and thermostat were a little noisy.

This hotel is exceptional! It is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff is so nice, very friendly and helpful!

We had rude neighbors who kept us awake with their dropping things or moving the table that hit the wall. woke us up and kept us awake even with earplugs. The walls must be thin. breakfast needed some fruit
