This location is unique. Outside, it looks like a pension. Inside is jewelry. Very clean, we had a nice room with a huge balcony with a view at the swimming pool with nice funitures. At breakfast, we sit outside at a covered terasse in front of the pool. The breakfast is good, scrambled eegs or an omelet isn't available. The selection of cheese, sausages, fruits, vegetables, and bread is fine. The coffee is recommended. Orange juice and cold water are available. The room was very clean. The bathroom and the shower area are amazing. We slept in the bed very well and relaxed. We wish the owner all the best and saw pictures of his sailing trips with the flag of XO residence. He or she can be proud of this great location. Next time we'll stay there as well. Bravo! Best Carmen and Peter

Pool is nice, good size rooms very clean and cozy atmosphere, guy at the reception and bar very polite and professional 👌 I would definitely recommend

I stayed in top floor , outside it was like 42 °C and air con didn't cope with the heat . I would recommend the staff to turn on the air-conditioning at least 3 hours prior the guests arrive . Other than that all good , must say this is second time I stay here and I would definitely come back .

The property is absolutely a hidden gem in the city, absolutely stunning rooms, clean, comfortable and stylish.

After a long journey we was able to relax by the pool terrace, our child had the most wonderful time in the pool.the staff was extremely helpful, helping us with wondering the food, providing pool towels and we was able to purchase drinks from the bar. This was an amazing stay. Thank you. We will be back))

Arrived late in the night and the receptionist was waiting us, even called to make sure everything was alright. Room was more than we anticipated. Boiling hot shower water was available. We were allowed to stay a bit more over the official check-out.

As we arrived late, there was no more car parking available in front of the building. Location is in a residential area, which is quite but a bit far from central area; can be both a + and a -.

Nice and clean room. Very nice and helpful staff. Pool and terrace were clean and well taken care of. Available parking spot at the front door. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of the breakfast. There were all kinds of products but their quality was very low.

Nice pool. Secure parking for motorbike (ask owner). Cold beers in bar. Room very nice with balcony but just overlooking street. Good breakfast. Great greek restaurant around the corner

Would be nice to have kettle and a few coffee facilities, aswell as a fridge. There's definitely enough space in the room

It was a very comfortable room, very clean. A short walk away from food outlets.

Parking. One of the facilities is 'Free Parking', this does not explain the type of parking that is. The parking consisted of a small area between the road and the footpath, therefore there is no security for a vehicle. Language problem. The young girl on reception did not understand any English so communicating was very difficult, in the tourist trade being able to communicate is very important. English is a widely understood language by people from many countries and would therefore be very beneficial on reception. The young girl was very polite but obviously felt uncomfortable not being able to communicate with us.

The service was amazing with Rolo at front of the desk. He was so helpful and attentive ! The pool was nice, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Air-conditioning worked well , thumbs up from us.

It was slightly out of town but hardly a negative as only 15 minutes to walk into town.

We stayed a night, but all was good. Nice breakfast without any luxury or smth like this, but all the typical food for a breakfast was there. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. All in all a nice stay. A few auto minutes away there are some grocery shops and the room has a small fridge

The room was clean, big and comfortable, the location is super convenient for travelers and at the breakfast there were served qualitative products. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Only a small recommendation based on our experience: they could turn on the heating one or two hours before the tourists arrival. It was a bit cold in the room and for transit is a bit uncomfortable as usually you arrive late, taking a shower and going almost straight to bed with the feeling of cold room. Over the night temperature went well and in the morning the room was warm and pleasant
