I stayed in a family suit, which was exactly same as displayed in the pictures. I appreciate the cleanliness of the property and staff was extremely courteous. To my surprise, i don’t know why this property has some negative reviews. Food was good in taste and quantity(separate charges for food). Charges for food are on low side. The location is away from the crowded area and temples are within 10-15 mins distance. Staff arranged e-riksha for all who were staying there in just 15 mins time to visit temples. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and always responded with a smile and local greetings 'Radhe Radhe'. The family suits we had were suitable for our stay which included 2 bathrooms which were supplied with all necessary accessories.

It was tucked away from the main Vrindavan city, so many E-rickshaw drivers weren't aware or willing to travel. There was no heating facility and the top floor had open gallary meaning, we were exposed to the cold nights as the room doors were direcly opposite open gallery / walkway. Although we were provided with blankets etc, some form of enclosed area would have regulated the cold weather.

The property is good and the location is little far from iskcon Mandir. The staff is not trained to serve as these are flats converted to hotel rooms. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean.

The facilities are not up to the mark, no restaurant is there, but a kitchen is available to serve food in rooms. No leisure activities, the view is good but obscured as scaffolding is erected for paint work. The staff is not trained, tv subscription not activated. Overall a good stay with limited facilities.

The surrounding was very very good and entire apartment was very neat and clean. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Meal was very tasty.

I was disappointed because Refrigerator, washing machine cloth drying rack and Iron box was not available. which is mostly required in the Hotel apartment. And the group of people sitting on main entrance in the evening time every day.

Rooms were big, clean and spacious and well kept. Food was very nice.

Location was a little far out for where all the main temples are, but that didn’t bother us as you could early get an e-rickshaw to take you to places.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very prompt in responding to our requests. Donot miss the sunrise picture from the hotel entrance . It’s beautiful in April month .

There was an issue with card authorisation as they donot accept card authorisation with booking dot com which led to heated discussion . Later it was sorted and the staff was very cooperative and apologetic . All over a nice stay

The cleanliness and behaviour of staff along with rooms

Property is good but it is far from the centre and it is agonising to pay for the rickshaw and tormenting to wait endlessly for rickshaw. Add to that there is no difference between the suites worth 4500 or 4000. We have no idea why we paid extra. Suites and rooms are alike. We felt cheated here by Booking.com and will not prefer booking.com now.

Our stay was very comfortable and met our expections. The food was very delicious. We will visit again and stay here. We will look forward to have restaurant built by then. Overall it was a wonderful hotel to stay.

The restaurant was under construction. It would have been nice to have a dine in restaurant.

Newly started facility with all the amenities, they gave us entire 2 bhk furnished flat, actually it's a residential society with top floor being used as hotel, amenities were more than what we paid for, it was great stay, enough room for entire family

As it was new facility, wifi was not there and mobile network is also weak. Location wise it can be an issue during odd hours, as it is around 2 km from busy main road, although you can find e rikshaw during day times.

we liked the food. staff was good. location was peaceful. facilities were good.

since it was an entire apartment i expected provision to cook food in the given kitchen and a fridge. only tea maker was provided. no almirah in one room. there was a menace of insects from outside despite closing of all doors.
