Staff were lovely. Room was spotless. Food amazing

For one night it was €322 and to be honest it wasn't worth it. The shower was in the bath with a shower curtain and it was small, I had a few boxing rounds with the shower curtain and the fecking thing won 😂. The extraction wasn't working either but no big deal, we were there for a wedding so weren't in the room for long (7 hours to be exact) as someone had to hold the bar up 🍻🥳 but I also wanted breakfast 🥞 ☕. You're really are paying for the view which was amazing. Our room was overlooking a small court yard with doors that open up from the rooms, it would be ideal for families with kids as it's enclosed. It's a lovely hotel but a little over priced. Staff/food and location was fabulous

Lovely well appointed room with superb outlook. Location is good. Very quite with a ten minute walk into Dingle, ample parking, very good breakfast, helpful staff.

It’s quite pricey when compared to others we have stayed in during our wild Atlantic way trip

So happy to return here as a parent, having spent a wonderful holiday here as a child. The staff were excellent and attentive. The food was wonderful. The facilities excellent. The atmosphere is just so warm and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s location is just so beautiful and tranquil. Management were very present and so warm and friendly.

The pillows were not up to the same level as the hotel in general. They should invest in better pillows, particularly feather pillows which weren’t available on request but the did try and have us some cushions that were a lot better.

Good location with nice views, if you want to run away from crowded town, is the place where you can relax and enjoy the nature. All staff were friendly and supportive. We want to thank Kristen, who was very helpful since first day of our reservation, the messages response via booking.com was very fast, also she meet us upon our arrival with warm welcome and smile. The spa area very relaxing and calm, Lana who did massage, was nice, looks like you could chat with her for hours 🙂. Her massage was very good , I felt like a new person after it. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are cosy, but maybe need a little bit of upgrade.

Treatments and therapists were lovely. Location is good. Great breakfast.

The hotel staff could have been friendlier. Disappointed that we had to check out before our treatments.

It felt like a 4 star 3 experience from start to finish. Location was perfect, staff were very professional and attentive. The service and standard of food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble... so all in all a wonderful experience! If i had any complaint it would be the temperature of the hot water in the shower. It was very hot and although we adjusted it to 30, it then went from very hot to cool. We didn't mention it at the time, but probably should have. It was a small thing for us, but may cause problems for others.

Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Perfect location off the main drag with a lovely view. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to provide directions for our travels. Our daughter lost a stuffed animal and they took great care of it for us until we picked it up. She also tripped and fell pretty hard in the lobby and the front desk were sure to tell her how brave she was, which really helped cheer her up.

The pool and gym lost power while we were in the pool. They had to close the next day.

Beautiful view of the bay. My bed was so comfortable and the sheets felt clean and crisp. Nice staff!

Noisy parking lot, access to food/snacks closed early. The shower nearly overflows as it held water. My room number kept falling off the wall outside of my room. Every time I walked by I put it back. Entertainment in the bar was not very good. It would have been nice to see an Irish session or a balladeer. It was a guy in a Kiss shirt playing a small electric organ or ukulele, singing American songs. No life in the bar. Breakfast was rushed and the floor managers were hurrying you up. It was rude and not relaxing.

We booked the balcony suite.. and holy moly.. THE VIEW!!! bed was incredibly comfortable, sofa bed for our daughter was also quite cozy..the Ac was cold , and the curtains blocked out all of the late & early sunshine making a great nights rest! But the view! !! Everywhere we went in this hotel… could not look away! We were there in June so we had daylight from 5am-10pm and I will never complain about the extra time I got to “take it all In!” There’s also a walking trail along the Lough that takes you among the cows and etc.. such a fun way to get your steps in. Plus literally a 5min drive into town! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and not here AWESOME!!! One of the top dinners of our trip!!

Not a single complaint other than I wish I had planned to stay here longer than 1 night!!

The hotel is very nice, good decoration and an incredible breakfast!

The room was a bit small for a family of 4. With doble bed, single bed and a cot. The water in the swimming pool was too cool even for an indoor pool, the children were frozen. And for the SPA you have to book with lot in advance because if you go to the hotel without a book probably you can’t use the SPA (it was what happened to me) Unfortunately very disappointed with it.
