The friendly, helpful and proactive professional way Peter L the manager enabled our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. An excellent multi-tasking manager.

Spacious room, very good bed. Enough parking spaces, Tesla Chargers. Nice and well decorated - everything is in good shape

Getting a correct invoice was taking too much time. Breakfast with pre-arrange plate according to my opinion not a good idea. I had not the choice I wanted. Choice of eggs was not offered and took to much time after finding out by myself.

The very exclusive and high end appearance of the hotel. Nice and cosy reception area. Great breakfast and restaurant with a fantastic view in the garden. And again: A very, very friendly and attentive staff, always greeting you and wiching you the best for the day.

I could'nt find anything that disturbed me at all.

Beautiful buildings and grounds. Free onsite parking. Enormous lovely comfortable room and bathroom. Outlets near the bed. Comfortable bed. Delicious dinner and breakfast although pretty expensive.

No coffee in room. No air conditioner or fan in room.

The whole stay exceeded both our expectations. We are used to travelling the world and this was one of the best experiences. What we especially liked was the. freshness. in the room. Next. time we will order king size bed and it. will be perfect.

We've spent 2 months touring Scandinavia and northern Europe and the Amerika takes the prize of providing the best breakfast - genuinely exceptional. The staff were delightful too, from Peter at the front desk to the waiters - we thought it would just be a quick late night stopover but it was much more worthwhile than that.

The room size was great and loved the terrace. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

The room temperature was too hot and we couldn’t figure out how to regulate it.

The location was lovely. The beds were comfortable.

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room.

Very nice hotel. very spacy rooms, mine with a small balcony and view over the woods. Lovely spacy bathroom with all facilities. Hairdryer, shampoo etc. all provided. great free WIFI. I came sunday afternoon when the reception was closed and could call someone and then got great advice how to get in and my key ready for me to pick up. Great information via mail etc. all way through before and up to my stay.

I could not adjust the sound on the TV at all which was very irritating. Fantastic area but if you dont have a car, a long way from any shops, supermarket, city centre so be preparred for this. Restaurant not open on sundays so no provision options in this case - bring your own sandwich, drinks etc. other than this, I highly recommend this hotel.
